If you've never had a power rack before, this is a great one to start with. It's not amazingly expensive, comparatively, and if you won't be lifting tons of weight it'll work fine for you. I personally think the 1000 pound capacity is a slight overestimate... the cage is a little unstable. But once I stored weight on it, that held it in place. Anyway, it comes with: two j-hooks, to rack your bar on two spotter bars, that can be stuck through the sides of the cage in any of the 1-in holes in the uprights, to catch your bar if you drop it Four weight horns, which mount to the cage and hold standard 2-in plates Two dip handle attachments that mount to the cage, one for each side Five band pegs that slide through the posts at the bottom of the cage A pull-up attachment that mounts to the top of the cage, with various available grips A pullie system that raises a handlebar weight horn mount, that you slide weight plates onto. Can be pulled from above and below. A T-bar, pull rope, and a lat bar to attach to the pullie system Four rings to hang the attachments from when you're not using them A landmine attachment for use with a barbell So, lots of stuff. Assembly is easy enough, instructions are pretty clear. One thing that I like a lot is that the bar at the back of the cage has kick plates, so you can push against something when you're hauling weight on the pullie system. The pullie system itself, unfortunately, is not very smooth. The cables slide over the rollers well enough, it's just not in the smooth action way I'm used to from professional quality machines at gyms and such. It works fine, again, for a starter cage and for the price I don't have a problem with that. It does make using the system slightly less easy, I almost feel like the rough action adds some resistance. It doesn't, it's just not a quality pulling experience. Also I think the cage is just a tad narrow. When I benchpress in there, my elbows hit the safety bars if I'm not careful. I could always bench off the front uprights, but then I would have no safety. I'm six foot tall with pretty long arms. It does get pretty cramped in there sometimes, especially as I have chosen to mount some of my weights on the inside of the cage. Also, just one weird thing. I've accidentally, many times, racked my bar, not on the j-hooks themselves, but on top of the hooks, on the section that is attached to the cage mount. It's that wide. That's kind of annoying, but nothing super problematic. So yeah. It's a great starter power cage. I'll definitely upgrade to another in future, but this will work great for now.

As other reviews have expressed, the shipping was a bit of a headache. It did ship in two boxes, but they were delivered several days apart and for some reason Amazon only gave me the tracking info for one of them, so I was fairly upset when only half of the parts were delivered and Amazon said "All done!". Thankfully, the seller was very quick to respond to my complaint and they gave me the shipping information for the second package. None of this will factor into my review as this is for the product itself. For the price, this is a fantastic home gym setup. I purchased the "Cage only" which just means I didn't get any barbells or weight plates along with it as I already have those at home. This power cage was my long overdue upgrade from my Gold's Gym XRS20 rack that I've been using for years. Assembly was easy and straightforward with only one exception being the pullies. For some reason, the manual tells you to install all the pullies first, then thread the cables through them even though there is not enough clearance to get the ends of the upper cable through the upper pullies. This wasn't too big of a deal as I just slung the cable over my shoulder and used the wrenches to remove one pully at a time before threading the cable through and re-attaching it. Everything feels very sturdy, thick, and solid, but I will update this review if any of the welds break or anything else fails under load. One minor critique I have is that the bolt on the cable that attaches to the weight carriage has no bumper or safety mechanism to keep it from damaging the upper pully if you pull the cable too far. I solved this by cutting a slit and hole into a tennis ball and putting it over the bolt (see picture). There's also the minor oversight of the manual not listing every part; so for a while I was confused about the six large rubber bumper washers until I realized intuitively that they are supposed to go on the weight pegs. You do have to take the plastic sleeves off, add the washer to it, and then screw the plastic sleeve back on. I thought it was odd that they weren't on the pegs to begin with and that there was no mention of them in the manual. Since I received the two boxes a few days apart, I assembled the base of the rack first and then finished the build once the rest of the parts arrived. In total I think it took me around two hours to assemble it. I was alone and I think it would have gone faster with a partner. Pro-tip: if you have socket wrenches, use those instead of the included wrenches to make things much faster. Another little complaint is that even though the rack comes with those four handy little storage rings that hang from the top, there is no way to attach the included accessories without buying additional carbineers/snap hooks. Lastly, I wish they included a note on how much the pully weight carriage weighs since that would be useful to factor in when planning workouts. Not that difficult to find out, but I wish that I had brought a scale out to weight it before I assembled it. Now I'll need to get one of those hanging hook scales to see how much weight is being pulled when the carriage is empty. Even though I have griped about all the little annoyances, this really is a great product. I've used it for a few days without any issues. I'm most concerned about the cable system holding up over time, and I am hopeful that getting replacement parts isn't that difficult if the need ever arises. I am sure that you could get a power rack that has better quality parts, better assembly instructions, and possibly even more attachments and cable features, but not at this price point. Great product.

Good quality for the money. The only reason I’m giving four stars is for the attachments and I would have liked to see something that holds you down when using lat pull-down. Sitting on the floor with no bar over the lap is difficult. Also the package came in two boxes and one of the boxes got lost which caused delay. Company sent safety bars to make up for the delay but the squat rack already comes with safety bars lol.

Solid rack for entry level or home gym. Extremely stable platform for getting all of your basic lifts done. My only regret was not just spending the extra money for the upgraded version with the cable crossover. At the time, I didn’t think I would use it as frequently as I actually do. Overall, all of my RitFit products have been great, I would recommend any of them.

Arrived in two boxes about two days apart but still before the original delivery date. I ordered the red and black model and most of the pieces had damage to the paint. Using a 1/4” impact it took about 1.5 hours to assemble and surprisingly it wasn’t missing any hardware. Seems like a decent setup and only giving it 4 stars because of all of the damage to the paint.
