According to the web, it will treat whipworms, hookworms, roundworms and tapeworms. It is even effective at fighting giardia.

No, it does not have to be refrigerated. :-)

Does this work on Barber Pole Worms?

No it does NOT. The only wormers that work for barber pole worm are off label. Ivermectin, moxidectin or levamasole. Ivermectin sees more resistance than the others. Moxidectin is the best option usually. Quest horse wormer 1cc per 100 lbs or cydectin cattle pour on orally, 4cc per 100 lbs as it is more diluted. If your goats need copper bolusing the worms will keep coming back. Safeguard *is* used sometimes *with* moxidectin when you have worms resistant to moxidectin. The combo helps bolster then moxidectin.
