Need to be pretty competent to put this together the directions are truly second rate. Pictures don't just give you enough information to decide if it goes one way or the other when you're assembling the parts but if you look close enough you'll eventually figure it out. After it's together it works rather well the one bracket came broken on mine and I had to use epoxy glue overnight to get it to stay so I can lock the drawers

Hola que tal, final si pude armar bien los cajones solo quería comentarle que el último cajón para que entre bien se le tiene que empujar con fuerza para que entre, como consejo podría agregar en la parte donde se arma como nota, ya que los demás entran bien sin tener que meter fuerza, por eso mismo parece que esta defectuoso. Por otra parte, requiero factura por favor le adjunto los datos fiscales. Muchas gracias.

El producto no se siente tan fuerte como lo anuncian, no es un metal muy fuerte, ojalá y a la hora que lo llenemos de folders, no se venga abajo por el peso. Está en una oficina para guardar archivos diferentes

I purchased this because it was made of steel and touted as being sturdy and well made. It was not. The instructions were difficult to follow because its just pictures, and the assembly drawing was so small it was hard to read. No PDF online so you could zoom in to get a closer look. The lock instructions were so vague you had to just figure it out for yourself. And the flimsy key is like something from a comic book, but it gets the job done. After getting it together I slide the first two drawers in no problem. The third one hangs up as i gently guide it onto both rails, and I discover the ill fitting slide bearing is damaged and bent beyond repair. I take it apart but it is so cheaply made it was not worth putting back in. Now I have 2 1/2 drawers as the one drawer only opens half way. I would not recommend this file cabinet. I'll probably just throw it out and buy something else as there is no way to return it once assembled.

The sliding rails come already assembled. The drawers are all the same size. After putting together the top drawer doesn’t close - the already assembled rails were placed incorrectly. I paid $80 for shipping, in order to return this defective product I have to pay to ship it back to them. I have contacted the seller to give them an opportunity to make this right - paying for the shipping and refund me the entire purchase or sending me a non defective product. We’ll see. Time will tell. UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent a video to help installing the drawers and offered additional help if need it. We were able to fix. I’m grateful for the assistance. Once assembled the product is ok. They definitely need better instructions included with their cabinets.
