Work great for my kayak adjustable so I could angle the the way I want and the rods are well secured

Although I haven't taken these out yet they seem to be made well and give you a couple methods to install them. It works well with yack attack which is what I have. It doesn't slide in since there's two of the flat Hardware pieces so you have to unscrew it from the top place the hardware in the track and then install it on top. This takes all of a minute so it's no biggie. Happy with the purchase
