Marshall Major V Bluetooth Wireless Headphones, 100 Hours playtime - Black

I’ll admit it took me a few hours of listening for my ears to get used to these, sound-wise, but now I love them and they’re the best headphones Ive owned so far (but bear in mind they’re also the most expensive ones Ive ever owned so I was getting what I paid for before probably) I had to do some serious adjusting of the equaliser to get more bass and less treble. At first I was slightly disappointed with the sound, but after some fiddling about with the settings in the app and letting my ears adjust, I love them. If I had gotten the Major IVs and couldn’t use the app, I don’t think I’d like them so much and might have returned them. I’m used to very deep bass headphones and the bass on these is on the higher end (punchy and very powerful but not super deep). I have attached a photo of the equaliser settings that work best for me and suit all my genres. Rock, heavy metal, pop, techno, everything really. These sound particularly good with dance and techno, the bass is crazy powerful. When I listened to ‘I’m an Albatraoz’ (If you know you know) I laughed at how good it sounded. I ended up redownloading a ton of songs I had previously got bored of and I fell in love with them again, hearing sounds in them I hadn’t noticed before. They are pretty comfortable and fit my very small head well. I have had to return countless headphones because they would just slip off my head or look ridiculously big on me. They do get a little sore on the ears after a while but not as badly as any other headphones Ive owned. I noticed a lot of people complaining that they didn’t like the little joystick button on the side for changing volume and skipping track, but its one of the best parts about them for me, I absolutely love it and it’s so easy to use compared to other headphones I’ve had. Can’t get my head around why some people don’t like it. Also I love the button on the other ear that you can choose a function for, like switching between equaliser settings. The sound leakage isn’t as bad as I expected, and I don’t miss the noise cancelling. Finally, the turning on and off sounds are great. I get a fright with the usual ‘power on’ voices with other headphones, but these just play a guitar riff instead. Love that. Notes going up for on, notes going down for off. In conclusion, definitely worth the money, but I would opt for paying extra for the Major Vs so you can use the app to adjust the equaliser settings as they make a world of difference.

Really impressed with the Marshall Major V headphones. Great sound with solid bass, super long battery life, and a stylish design. They’re comfortable for everyday use. Overall, a great pair of headphones for the price. Worth the upgrade 👌

Brilliant quality, long battery life and sound quality is excellent

Quality production and sound. I've had 3 of these things and their great but I use them quite heavily and after a year they have some sort of issue from the being stuck, headphones on one side died or a buzzing when nothing is played. I'd recommend getting them from somewhere with a 2 year warranty Currys is pretty good

I like these headphones. It has access to Marshall app where you can control settings and get updates. The sound is superb. The downside is that after maybe like 2-3hrs, it begins to feel uncomfortable but I didn’t return it because most of my train trips don’t last more than 3h, and well it’s not good to have them on your head for so long anyway. My head is small and it fits me well, but you can adjust them. The appearance is black and kind of a retro look. It’s definitely different from the modern headphones out there like Beats but it’s just a matter of taste. As a music enthusiast myself, I recommend the quality of this item and I’m willing to pay for that amount of money to immerse myself into great music. To me it’s still a good value for money. What I also like about it is that it connects with all of my my devices. The last ones I had didn’t do that so every time I’d listen on another device, I’d have to keep connecting them, but these Marshall headphones do that automatically. Sometimes, it fails, and instead of connecting to 4 devices, it connects only to 3 devices. But overall, it’s less stressful in that matter. I hope that helps people.

The only thing wrong is the tell tale lamp isn't very bright, especially outdoors. Easy to use same great outdoors and feel as the IV but with better Bluetooth range which is hard to believe and longer battery life. Again, hard to believe at 100 hours.

Am so in love with it! Cute, slick design doesnt look like ear muffs, bulky ones which I dont like. I dont know why ppl complain abt noise cancellation, it works perfectly well! Got it because of the mic function and voice is clear even though there's noise in the background. Just superb, good buy!!

Upgraded from Sennheiser 450BT to these, for less with better quality. No ANC, but I don't need it, so these work fine. On-ears can get sore after many hours of use, just be aware.

One of the best headphone out there. I hated the regular over-the-ear headphones as my ears became sweaty and hot after long usage. But this headphone is on-the-ear and is so comfortable, very soft and no issues for long time usage. Sound quality is also excellent. Also very very compact!!
