I love this stuff I need to reorder or get on the automatic ordering list because it's so easy to take and mix in whatever in the morning. I felt really good with it too as far as the energy goes. Although I bought it for my bone health

This is working for me so far. I have a sensitive stomach. Low bone density and I must take vitamin d. So far so good.

This stuff is freaking magic. I had blood work done and my vitamin D levels was super low 16.7 to be exact. My doctor was very concerned and was going to prescribe me something but I was allergic to its ingredients. So he told me that I need to stand out in the sun everyday for at least 30 minutes. I came across this vitamin and I got it. At first I was taking the two doses, but I decided to take one 1 ml a day as to not have stomach issues. That was the right amount of doses for me. After a month of taking this I had another blood work done and my vitamin D3 was at 40. My doctor said that I did not have to take the vitamin every day anymore but I take it once in awhile just to keep it regulated. I bought my mom one and I recommend it to anyone who has low vitamin D. Plus the taste is delicious!
