Is Zippo butane fuel triple filtered?

If you're concerned, look for a brand that specifically claims triple-filtering or better. Search on "Ultratane", and you'll find the triple-refined butane from Master Appliance, which is made in the USA. There's also Vector brand, which comes from Korea. Both are getting good Amazon reviews, with many people saying these brands are superior. But then, this Zippo brand also has good Amazon reviews.

can i use this to refill my culinary torch?

Do not buy Zippo butane. It is not well refined. It will likely stop up your torch. Buy Colibri or Xikar fuel.

Will this only fill Zippo brand lighters?

According to the label on the can, it works for all butane lighters. I have only used Zippo lighters so I can't tell you more than that. The can has a pointy nozzle which gets placed into the fill hole on the lighter. Then you press down on the can (can is upside down) and the butane fills the lighter. I hope this has been helpful.

Not 100% on this, but I presume that the butane is supposed to flow through the center of the plastic nozzle rather than gush out around the seal with the canister itself. Nearly gave myself frostbite, and yes, I did follow the directions on the side for orientation for refilling. EDIT: Found out "Firm pressure" essentially means you just try and compress it fast and hard like a bad analogy.
