Waste of time
Ukh. What a waste of time. I read the Tao of Pooh and had hoped for something a little more insightful and inspiring than this crap. It was just...so...meh. Yeah. Meh is exactly how I would describe it. It's a very small book, with quite a bigger than average font, but it took me a couple of days to finish only because it would put me to sleep every time I started a page. It comes off as slightly preachy, with the writers using a very childlike tone with the reader, making you feel like you're 7 years old and sitting in a classroom. The use of Pooh was so unnecessary to convey the messages they were trying to convey, and the whole "meditate" and "live in the present and here and now" was riddled, and I mean RIDDLED, with cliches. Do not recommend this AT ALL.
