Not only does this product not thicken up the way is is supposed to. It took four time the amount of product to get any reasonable thickness to water for drinking and it would separate after a short time. To make matters worse the seller is refusing to refund or return the product. Their excuse is they are not the manufacturer and not responsible for a faulty product. Well no retailer is ever the manufacturer of these products but any real store would take it back and refund the customer. Do not buy anything from this seller. Amazon customer service was supposed to handle this and take care of it for me and they have done nothing.
