Highly recommend this product very costly now so had to redo my intake.

Great product, works well

It helps with the upset stomach issues I was having. Works much better than another brand of probiotic I had tried.....

UPDATE: I wrote a very positive review after trying it for just a few days. Nine days later, I've changed my opinion. After three days I woke up nauseous to the point of actually vomiting. I didn't make the connection between my nausea and the Bio Complete 3. Thought it was from taking a morning med on an empty stomach. I didn't take the Bio for the next day or so and then cut back to 1 a day. A week later, I'm still nauseous and have added constipation, bloating, headache and a REALLY bad case of the blahs [this despite our Ohio weather has been fabulous!] Today I received an email from Amazon with a potential customer question. was this gluten free? I decided to check out the ingredients. Although it is gluten free, it's given me the same reaction I get with gluten. Now I know why. It has methyl cellulous [also used in eye drops] which causes bloating, microcrystalline [which causes gas, bloating, depression, forgetfulness, lack of energy, and headaches], and maltodextrin [which is a sugar substitute that has tons of articles debating whether it's safe or not]. BOTTOM LINE: I just threw my Bio Complete 3 out. It may work for some [Dr. Gundry's video was convincing]. But I've just wasted a week of my life...which makes me very sad...but optimistic that I will now recover. HOLD ON....THERE'S MORE...I decided to check my other 3 highly recommended supplements to see what they contained. It turns out all contain some form of synthetic ingredients that improve the capsule, but are not related to the purpose of the supplement. The FDA labels many of these as GRAS [generally recognized as safe although my perception is that they have not been tested and the FDA lists certain guidelines to follow. I am beginning to question if taking multiple supplements is exceeding the FDA's guidelines for GRAS. I've been experiencing some strange and unexplained development of joint and muscle stiffness. I'm wondering if there is a connection. Just thought I'd pass this along.

Very unclear if this actually works for anyone. When I wanted to purchase this, Amazon says the single bottle is out of stock, yet the triple bottles option is the only one available. So, being so bothered with constant bloating, indigestion and constipation, I went ahead and bought the triple bottle at, you guessed it, triple price of the single bottle. Spent $180 on this 3 bottles deal, when the single bottle was supposed to be around $60. After taking this thing as directed: 2 pills daily, before meal. There is absolutely no change in my symptoms. No better and no worse than before. So I just spent $180 on something that completely would not work. I contact Amazon on the seller regarding returning the rest of the 2, unopened bottles for a partial refund. I was turned down by both. Do not recommend it. Maybe it just doesn't work on my physiology? Maybe it'll work on you. But DON'T purchase more than just 1 bottle at a time. If they run a promotion of the multi bottle at the same time saying the single bottle is not available? It's a sure thing they are not selling as many of it as they wanted and they are trying to push merchandize off their shelves. I got duped this time. Will not happen a second time.

I can’t tell you exactly how to evaluate this product. I’ve seen this man make a lot of claims about his products and theories on TV shows but I can’t tell you how it is really doing. I noticed that I have a lot more gas constantly. Is this a byproduct of taking this? I really don’t know. I can just say buyer beware. Try some of it for yourself. You don’t have to keep ordering it if it doesn’t do anything for you then stop.I’m sorry I can’t give you any better feedback than this.

Literally changed my life and a friends as well. My friend, who is certified in nutrition, tried to duplicate the formula to save money and could night. I explained, after reading about how the supplement was developed, the care taken, and checked and re-checked at every step; down to bottle type and process. This is the platinum of Probiotics for gut health. Personally, I was on a regimen of medications that were necessary but caused gut effects including weight-gain and severe constipation along with It (Sorry for the personal sharing, but this product is too good for you to pass and it's worth the price.) It helped tremendously in all three areas. I have to say, I had already say made sure for years to 1.Keep hydrated 2, Get plenty of fiber 3. Stay as active as possible and 4, Maintain a healthy diet. This product effect was noticeable in addition to these. Thank you Dr Gundry. You have given me better everyday life. I checked with my doctor's before starting Bio Complex3 and their basic comment was "Can't hurt you" (This comment applies to my medical profile. Check with your own physician. After giving them my input I confident they may suggest your product to others. All your work is helping waves of people. I can't express just how much I appreciate it,

I tried this product a year ago and found that my gut eventually changed for the better. Then I tried NOT using this product for a few months. Bad choice. I could tell a negative change in my body. SO I am using it again and know that I am healthier and feeling better as a result of using this product. Try it for yourself!
