This is a quality machine that does an excellent job. Love all the attachments so we can clean furniture and floors. We have 2 fur babies in the house that love to sleep on the furniture, this does a wonderful job of removing the smells that they leave behind. It is heavy, but wheels anywhere I want to use it. It keeps the clean and dirty water separate and after 1 use my carpets looked and smelled brand new. Great value for the money!

It Didn’t come with all the parts had to ship it back and had to spend $160 shipping fee and spent even more money. Now I have no steam cleaner, and I spent even more money . Wow no money back and no steam cleaner

This product is universal, works well on all surfaces. The attachments included are good quality. The machine itself could have a little more suction power.
