HOPPE'S No. 9 Lubricating Oil

Used for an aging, noisy PC fan in a specialist part that would have been hard to replace. Cleaned the fan with airduster and contact cleaner, then oiled using this stuff. The small needle tip was excellent for getting around the electronics and into the barrel of the fan. A few manual spins later and it was spinning so much more freely than before. Once back together, any noise from aging bearings was gone and it'll probably last another 10 years. Definitely a new addition to my hardware fixing toolbox.

Bought to get some oil into a squeaking door hinge, which it did perfectly. The bottle is refillable so although quite expensive for the amount of oil you get, the bottle itself should last. Have used Hoppes oil and biodegradable cleaner before and this did not disappoint either. Recommended.

Ideal for getting into the more intrusive parts and can be topped up from the larger version when required. I have found it very useful.
