How is the seal with ear pro while wearing these?

What type of protection are you using? In ear is fine. Have not experienced any discomfort with muffs.

are the frames as wide as the OverWatch?

No. They’re comparable to, say a Wiley-X. The Overwatch are closer to Oakley’s now-common Gascan frame. These have a much more traditional 1/2 inch or-so moderate frame neck which does taper thinner before fanning for the ear.

How scratch resistant are they?

So far none of the ones I have bought have any scratches on them.

I have a big head and I currently use Oakley's Offshoot, would this glasses be a good fit?

I have a decent size noggin (7 3/4 hat size) and they fit well.
