Excellent value for money
Bought these when they were on sale. I've had the Oreo flavour a couple of times and thought I'd try a different one. Birthday Cake taste wise, meh. Not the best. I taste the protein a lot more in this one, the aftertaste is a bit stronger, and the flavours aren't overly nice. Not terrible, but I won't be getting this flavour again. Around 220 calories for 21g protein, which is always good, a lot of other protein bars don't have that amount of protein for that amount of cal. These are perfect for journeys and for me I take them to work. No mess (aside from the sprinkles on this one, they can fall off, but it's not major) and easy to eat. I prefer to take these than something else processed and wrapped up for convenience sake. Texture's not bad, much better than other bars out there, and even though I'm not overly fond of this flavour it's still better than some other brands I've tried. And not as dry as others, too, I like that about Grenade. Value for money, can't complain at all, they fill a spot in the day and I get a decent protein intake from a snack, and for the amount, when they're on sale, they're excellent. My tastes are obviously different to other people, you might love this flavour. Though I will turn back to the Oreo one, I do like that one the most.

Some flavours are very pleasant but Birthday cake isn't one of them.
Not as nice as I was hoping. Birthday cake flavour is somewhat unpleasant- the peanut, mint or chocolate 'fudged up' varieties on the other hand are delicious, if not expensive.

Wonderful meal replacement for snack for an active keto lifestyle!
I lost a little over 100 pounds almost 3 years ago by following a keto diet. I am always looking for keto friendly products to help me with my new lifestyle and journey. I travel for a living and I am away from home for over 200 nights every year which makes it very hard to maintain a good eating habit. I found these bars first in the UK last year and fell in love with them! They are a great meal replacement, do not hinder my keto state in any way and they taste great! I love these bars!
