Delicious Salty Mix That Helps Manage My POTS!
I was recently diagnosed with POTS and have been figuring out ways to increase my salt intake to manage my symptoms. I have tried various electrolyte mixes, from well known brands to lesser known, and these are by far my favorite. There's no added sugar, while many companies add stevia, the sodium content is far above a lot of other options, and they are actually affordable considering how much salt intake I need. These taste deliciously salty, but with good flavor, while others I have tried tasted overly sweet, like they attempted to cover the saltiness. Compared to drinking water straight from the tap, I also actually feel like I'm being hydrated when I drink these. I ran out for a few days and noticed a severe drop in energy and increase in fatigue, so I can say with certainty that they really do help manage my POTS symptoms. While I am making my own electrolyte powder now, these are a staple and I will always have a few in my purse and car, as they are super convenient and easy to take when I start to feel shaky.

A godsend for POTS
A godsend, I had to double check they were nsf or gmp certified as actually having the amount of sodium in them as they claimed because I was shocked how little was in the packets and how it didn’t taste that salty. Added it to a bottle of water and it didn’t even look like I added anything at all! Will be repurchasing on venturepals website once I run out. The price is right the amount of sodium and potassium is right for me and it’s drinkable. The fake sugar flavor is a lot gross to me but I’ll get used to it, it’s not like I can’t even handle drinking one or two water bottles full.

Good Alternative to Expensive Options!
I wanted to try a different kind than my normal brand, a very popular one. This is more cost effective and gets you the electrolytes you need. The taste is not as good as the premium brand on the market, but the discount is great. I have continued to reorder it as the price is worth the trade off in taste. Also I like the packets for traveling on the road or on the go.

Works great but big on salt taste
It’s VERY salty tasting! I got this as it’s identical to LMNT but a fraction of the cost. The lemon/lime was good. The watermelon was the least favorite, very artificial tasting. If you don’t like the taste of salt, you’ll want to skip, it’s VEARY salty. One star for great price. One star for some good flavors. One star for working well, we were in 100F hiking and it helped us a LOT! One star for quality.

These work, but filling up packets only a third of the way feels very deceptive
The good: these are effect and tasty - deinitely you taste the sodium, but I feel like they're decent as eletrolytes go The bad: I'm not planning to buy these again for the simple fact that each pack is full only to about 1/3 of the way. I'm actually shocked that people aren't mentioning this more, as it's not even a 'filled to half, contents settled kind of package'. These are literally a third of a package and it feels very deceptive to do this.

Great fur breastfeeding moms
I was using this as a breast-feeding mom to try and boost up my supply and hydration and I have to say this truly works. I am a believer. I will be buying it again. Not only did I feel hydrated but it definitely up to my milk supply. I don’t know if it was because of something in it the electrolytes or just because I was staying more hydrated than usual. I did only use one of these a day and I think it worked just as good as drinking too large containers of coconut water a day. I highly recommend. I think the flavors are great and it’s gray over some ice especially as a breast-feeding mom, I do think that it was like having a little mocktail in my cup when I was going out for walks and sipping on it in the house.

Great taste in perfectly sized pouches. Italy summer trip certified.
I don't know the actual nutritional value for this compared to what DripDrop or Liquid IV claims, but this took me and my partner through our Italy trip in the middle of August and worked just fine. Any time we felt needed hydration, we'd pop one each into our water bottles and feel better after taking it. It dissolved super easy, we just pour it and shake the bottle and it would mix in perfectly. The quality of the packaging is good too, in tiny little satchets that are perfect for a normal water bottle size, and we did not have any interference with sugar or stomach issues. The flavors are also really good for what they are and I would definitely use these again in outdoor scenarios.

Good value, but don't expect good taste.
Its nice that its so much cheaper than LMNT and supposedly has the same electrolyte levels but it also has erythritol which I'm not a fan of (both in taste and how your body doesn't process it so too much causes diarrhea. It almost makes it taste thick which I don't like. it doesn't taste salty to me, but neither did LMNT so maybe I'm just used to lots of salt. I'll probably keep trying these because its so much cheaper, but I really wish it didn't have sugar alcohols, especially since it doesn't even taste great (which LMNT does) My favorite drink so far has been the LMNT carbonated waters (the grapefruit is the best) but no way do I want to spend $3 a serving on salt. Maybe its just time to make my own.
