I love these little guys. They replace four dumbbells and they are so easy to change weight. I set them by my chair and do curls during the commercials. I do the flys, etc. during commercials and it just works for reps. The weight change is fast and easy. Exercise during one commercial and rest during the next then do the next rep. Changing weights is so fast and easy. You just want to work out with these weights. I am 78 and these are perfect for me.

This arrived very nicely packaged. So well in fact, that when I put them away each day I'm going to keep them in the box and padding that was provided. It has been far too long since I have done any type of physical activity and these are a perfect starting place for me. The weights are easily removed so that I can start with a 2-pound weight and add the weights back on as my energy and strength return. Grip size is just right for my hands and I love the color!

If these have enough weight for what you need don't hesitate. My wife always hated tightening and adjusting weights but these are great pull off or put on (like a magnet) to the weight you need. These are a great buy!

I wanted dumbbells that were adjustable because I don’t have enough room for multiple sets with different weights. This serves my needs. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes it takes a little effort to line up each weight while attaching to the handle. Otherwise they are great.
