I've been using these supplements for a month or so now and I have to say I actually think they're working. I'm feeling more positive, less tired and just more energy (and that's been during a couple of crazy hectic weeks!). There are plenty of tablets in the pack, whilst they are larger than a typical tablet I find them easy to swallow and they don't smell or taste of anything so easy to take! I will continue to use this product as it's not too expensive at all and it seems to be doing a good job!

Amazing! I've been using the peri menopause & Menopause Complex for just over 3 weeks now. My main reason for wanting something to help was that I was only sleeping for 1-2 hrs at a time and waking up hot. Since March I had been getting hot flushes too, about 15 a day. The flushes didn't bother me too much but the lack of sleep effects everything else in your life. I couldn't believe it, since the first tablet I have not had a single flush. My sleep started to improve after a week and last night I slept for 5 1/2hrs solid! The tablets are not too big & easy to swallow and have no nasties. I suffer with migraines and have stomach issues, these tablets have not had any affect on either, except I've not had a migraine for 3 weeks. I take it just before my evening meal. I honestly can't believe how much better I feel. I know we are all different but for me these really do suit me.

I liked this product, it improved my sleep remarkably if taken in the am. The days I didn't take a capsule resulted in a poorer quality sleep. The price is the downer. As a perimenopausal single mum I bought these as a treat to myself and they really picked me up, it's a shame they have to be a luxury item.

These have made a massive difference, managing to sleep for more than 3 hours and have helped with night sweats so very pleased, I’m also less snappy and irritable so family is pleased too

I don't leave a lot of reviews. But felt I needed to with this. I had been taking these for 6 months and then I couldn't afford them at the time. I tried some cheaper products but nothing was helping ease my symptoms. My mood dipped massively and I've been struggling I started taking these again and OMG I can tell the difference, my mood is improving and I'm feeling way more settled than before. These I can take easily as well. I recommend these to all my friends, they may be expensive but damn they work, I won't miss out again with these x

So I have only been using these for a month and not sure if they are doing anything. One thing I have noticed is I’m having more hot flushes, not bad ones I have to say but getting them all the same. However I feel my mood has lifted so some change. Will keep taking them and see if there’s more change. Will give them time.

⭐️Honest Review⭐️ I rarely write reviews as there’s rarely a product I feel passionate enough about to warrant the effort of pen to paper! LOL. I feel I can give a fair and honest perspective having been taking this product for over 6 months now, and I have every intention to carry on for the foreseeable…Early menopause runs in my family and at 42 I had started to see a change in my menstrual cycle. Despite having suffered from hyper/hypothyroidism since 20 my monthly period was always 28 days exactly. My cycle started to get a little sporadic with no regular pattern, many times I could wait 55 days for my period to start. My periods had also become much shorter and lighter, which to be honest I could live with! However, when I reached late 43 I began to notice I was waking up with cold sweats, as well as hot flashes in the day. They seemed to strike when I least expected it BUT the hardest part was how irritable and grumpy I became! I feel so sorry for my family looking back, as I was utterly miserable! I started to look at other avenues for help to ease my symptoms, and I came across this product, ‘Menopure’ on Amazon. I felt I had nothing to lose as all ingredients are safe and completely natural, but in all honesty didn’t have particularly high expectations! Well, I was so wrong but VERY happy, especially after two weeks had passed and I felt so much better. I didn’t even realise when my period was due because I stopped experiencing the mood swings and irritability that I used to suffer with in the week leading up to my period. I haven’t experienced any further sweats which is a bonus, and my monthly cycle seems to have stabilised somewhat. I know my system is ‘turning off’ but at the same time Menopure drastically helped with psychological and physiological symptoms that had began to distress me, before I commenced use of the product. I think the cost is fair and may seem a little on the pricier side when compared to cheaper products offered. However, you are purchasing TWO months worth as you only need to take 1 capsule a day! I can’t express enough how much these tablets have helped me with awful symptoms of perimenopause! I say we deserve it and why tolerate unnecessary sweats and mood swings when you may not have to?! i can’t promise it will have the same outcomes for every woman, as of course we are all different. This really helps to stop the hot flashes and night sweats. At first, I just took 1 in the morning, and hot flashes were less but not gone. I decided to try taking 1 more before bed. That was what worked! I've been taking these for 3 months now. I had to change the auto ship to receive once a month. Great price for a product that really works!
