Convenient, easy on stomach before exercising
These are so convenient. I came from drinking carbonated Celsius. I’d drink one of these before exercising but I didn’t like the carbonated part. These don’t have carbonation and it settles in my stomach really easily. Before I exercise, I’ll mix one of these with water (250-500ml), take L citrulline, and NO. These are my pre workouts and they have been working really well. 200mg of caffeine per serving definitely gets you going.

So far the best flavor for me plus the energy is a great bundle.
Caffeine, energy on the go! Is a good product. I like the flavor but it is a little concentrated so I dilute it more. I serve it in a tumbler when at home or a big bottle of water, not the 16oz water bottle. That is my choice a subtle flavor. If you like richer flavors just grab the pack and pour it in the bottle. The pack is made of a heavy foil/plastic that has to be tear to open. It comes with a "predotted perforation" to tear it. I use scissors to open it because I am clumsy and I always do everything to avoid spilling. You have to shake or stir it well so it can mix. If I drink it in the morning with an empty stomach I can substitute it instead of my coffee. A plus, for me, it keeps my appetite at bay. I have been using it for a long time now.

My son says this is the best flavor. He only uses 1/2 package at a time because it has a lot of caffeine in it. Dissolves easy!
