I’ve been really happy with this red light lamp! It’s easy to use, gives off a nice strong light, and has been a great addition to my daily routine. I love being able to use it at home whenever I want, and the lamp itself feels well made and works exactly as expected. Doesn't take up much space. worth it!

A little history on me: I suffer from chronic inflammation, back disc pains, rotator cuff injuries, and peroneal tendonitis. I have tried pretty much every ointment, supplement, insoles, K-tape, diet change, exercise, including swimming and weights, etc. all with some relief, They treat the symptoms okay, but they never get to the root of my issues. A friend of mine has spent $500 at a clinic that gave her 6 laser treatments for a leg tendon issue with only minimum relief. Then they tried to talk her into doing more! These clinics do not take insurance, it's cash or credit upfront. This device works the same way, with good specs, although slightly lower than what my friend was getting 2 times/week for 6 treatments. So the science is the same, but will take longer to obtain only because the strength is different. This device is easy to put together, lightweight, and can be adjusted for height and areas to be treated very easily. I wouldn't advise using the clips for the wires to the pole because it limits how far you can adjust the wire. It's a very long wire which is great for maneuvering it to your chosen area. I have been using it either daily or every other day and it does help. I find that 10 minute sessions work best for me. It's not a quick overnight fix, but the human body takes time to heal itself as it treats the core of the issue and not just the skin part. Although things like lidocaine, Tens Unit, or a massage give immediate relief they do not get to the root cause of the problem. I have noticed a definite improvement and decrease of pain in my shoulders and feet and will be using it for my back soon. I love that I don't have to drive somewhere to keep an appointment, spend a fortune, and can use it in the privacy of my own home on my schedule. You still have to do your part regarding exercise and proper nutrition to help your body maintain, but this is definitely the best tool for helping my body to heal itself. I also find it very relaxing to have the heat of the red light on as I am doing my treatment.

I love this red light and it's spectrum! I have put it over me when I'm in the back, while I'm on my walking pad, while I've been in my sauna, and it has been awesome and very movable. I'm so excited about the health benefits.

Bought in August and half of the lights stopped working in October. Wrote an email to the warranty and no response. I really liked it and wish the company would honor their warranty but as of now it’s a waste of money.

This is a great red light panel with a huge surface, and a nice stand so you can direct and angle the light exactly where you want. If you have any familiarity with red light therapy, you'll know how beneficial it can be for skin health, lymphatic drainage, scar healing, etc. It also helps with stress and regulating brain waves, so it's perfect to use before sleep. I initially started out using the red light booth at my gym, but since I'm hopefully going to be getting breast reduction surgery very soon, I'm planning on using this panel to help myself heal while at home. This way I can use it whenever I want. I love that this has BOTH red light AND infrared light therapy. That makes it better than the booth at my gym! I will say that the first panel I got worked fine but had some minor manufacturing/cosmetic issues. I messaged the seller and they responded within minutes with the tracking info for a replacement. I've never had customer service that good in my life before. The new unit was PERFECT in every way. I would definitely buy from this seller again, and I look forward to using this panel in my healing and health journeys to come.

Downgraded from 5 to 3 because after a few months a growing number of light elements are going dark. It's maybe at 65% lot. It's too late to return, and I admit, this may be due to tough treatment on my part. Most people will just assemble the lamp and leave it as is, but I clearly often will take the lamp panel off so I can use it directly against my skin. It's possible that having to pop the panel on and off so many times is messing with it. And I can imagine a more expensive model might be less fragile., so had I been a normal customer this might have remained a five-star review the whole time Amazon refused to publish my previous attempt to review this, telling me simply that I violated community standards and yet they didn't tell me which of the hundreds of standards I violated. Grrr. As popular as red light therapy is at the moment, I'm telling you we haven't seen "nuttin' yet " This trend is just going to keep getting more and more ubiquitous; AND FOR GOOD REASON! RLT is extremely healing to the trillions of cells that comprise our bodies. Whenever anything is going wrong with any part of our body we can rest assured it started in the cells. Not only is there a good chance your health is going to be positively affected by daily RLT, there is no chance that your health is going to be negatively affected. There are no side effects and there is no overdosing, etc. And while I do have my fair share of monthly supplements, the great thing about this is you don't keep buying it month after month after month. In fact, it barely even affects your electric bill. And while there are some very expensive infrared / near infrared lamps available on the internet, they aren't required for excellent results. There are some things in life that seem too good to be true but they actually are true. Inexpensive red light therapy lamps -- as long as they have the infrared and near infrared spectrum --are a perfect example. For more information, do a search along the lines of; SCIENTIFIC STUDIES WHICH DEMONSTRATE THE EVER-GROWING LIST OF BENEFITS OF RED LIGHT THERAPY. Such ongoing studies have been happening for 15+ years. At this point there are hundreds of them. Frankly, it is extremely exciting stuff!
