Sound doesn't match up with the videos. There is a sound delay. How do I fix or reset?

For movie watching APTX LL is a feature you want to look for. This headset doesnt support APTX LL. When choosing APTX LL both end points must support it. IE: headphones recieveing signal and device playing content. For a cheap pair of headphones that support this look at sound blaster Jam V2. JAM V2 cons are not comfortable for long listening sessions due to on ear design and bluetooth range is limited to about 20ft in aptx ll mode.

has anyone used them on an airplane for the planes in flight entertainment - ie using the 3.5mm cable? That would be my main purpose in getting them?

I have used them on commercial flights, and also in my Cessna. For the price, they perform well.

Sit around the ear. Noise canceling works better that way.

What is the distance from source to phone that is still affective for connectivity? 20ft.? 30ft? 40ft?

The overall build quality of this headset appears to be very premium. Considering its price point, the Noise Cancelling feature is fantastic! While the sound quality itself may not be premium, using it with Noise Cancelling significantly improves the audio quality, making it ideal for work and team meetings. The microphone is also very good. I haven’t had the chance to test the battery longevity, but I trust their word on that. If you’re looking for a decent headset with Noise Cancelling at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this one.

Best thing is these are so light and have a great battery life. Noise cancelling works as my son never hears me when his wearing them. Compact size and great quality for price. I will definitely shop this brand again

Je les ai reçus aujourd'hui et j'ai constaté que : - physiquement elle sont belles (bleu) , mais pas exactement la couleur que l'on voit sur la photo - elle sont de bonne qualité au toucher, les coussinets sont confortable et elles s'adapte super bien à notre tête - le son est vraiment bon, on entends absolument rien autour de nous et j'ai 3 enfants à la maison, donc pour moi c'est un wow! Et un point très important - elles ont pris 1h30 à charger en les sortant de la boîte - elle sont compatible avec mon téléphone, mon firestick et ma télé intelligente - les boutons sur le côté sont parfaitement proportionné. Je dis ça parce que sur mes razer de gaming il y a comme 6 boutons et sont difficile d'accès quand on les a sur les oreilles malheureusement.
