It helps my flat feet, it helps relieve the pain on my feet.

Very uncomfortable. Didn’t help my heal pain at all. Overall cause foot pain.

More rigid than expected but effective and surprisingly comfortable
I was surprised at how rigid these were and was certain they’d be uncomfortable but I tried them around the house for a bit and they stay put in shoes better than expected. Then tried on overseas trip with a LOT of walking in cute but archless shoes and VOILA! no pain. Very surprised at their effectiveness. I did need to loosen laces to make shoes fit well but otherwise great

My Doctor asked me if I had these specially made for me. He was so impressed by them. He said they were a great fit to my high arch. They have been hard to adjust to, however, they have made a big difference. Thank you for a great product.

Product is as advertised.
It’s ok. Feet hurt after using it for 2 weeks even. They fit into the shoe ok. I am going to get custom and this kind of a waste of money. However giving it two stars because the material is sturdy and as promised. Just did not work out for me.

Great for VERY high arches
I have super high arches and have to be on my feet a lot for work. These are basically saving my life right now.

The arch is too big and the insole is too hard and keep sliding in the shoe. It makes the feet more painful than even without it. Disappointed.
