Stay on this stuff...don't stop
Dummy me. I was taking this for months...lost a ton of weight, working out, feeling youthful, etc. I stopped taking it for about three months and guess what happened? Weight increased, low libido, low T, low energy, body aches (like an old man) not sleeping very well. So, getting back on this stuff (57M, ex military, ex smoker, still good looking tho). It is amazing, your body will "tell" you what it needs. In my case - male hormones out of whack. So, I asked myself, "what changed"? It was not taking this stuff. So, it works for me. You can work out eat right, but you need to also supplement - esp if you are over 50.

It works!
I’ve been using this product for about a month, and at 54, I’ve been dealing with low testosterone, joint aches, and menopausal symptoms. Since starting, I’ve noticed improvements in all of these areas—especially my joint pain. I feel so much better overall and plan to keep taking it.

Women with low DHEA
For women with severely low DHEA: Not sure what to rate this. From the reviews it sounds like it definitely works. I have very low DHEA and took 1 pill around 5pm. By dinner I was nauseous. 10pm was the start of a long night of getting ill in the bathroom. My sister said it sounded like morning sickness/hormone-related nausea and vomiting. I had no energy and slept most of the day in between bathroom runs. By about 5pm (24 hours) I was able to surface and keep something down. It could have just been a coincidence. But, I ate everything the rest of the family did and I was raised in the 90s with moldy bread and expired milk. So if your DHEA is severely low, even just one pill may be way too much. In my non-expertise opinion, I would suggest starting with a lower dose (12.5mg-25mg) and work your way up to this one. These are capsule so you can’t cut them. Also, nonreturnable if opened an not expired. But, silver lining is that they do probably work great when used on the appropriate people.
