Wearable cooling waist fan
I'll start with this, long battery life. Wore this for 6 of the hours I was at work and it really made a difference. After this it still had a bar of battery left, and this was at the medium setting. The wind is really strong, and kept my back dry, as this is where I had Put it. The cooling gel in the phase ring also contributes to your comfort. It is really cool for a while after you put it on, helps in removing heat. Its firm at first, and liquifies after being on the body a while. I recommend taking phase ring of, and putting in fridge for a while for longer lasting cooling as far as that part of this goes. This is comfortable to wear around the waist/back, and the supplied strap stretches, and is adjustable. Very helpful, as I am a bigger person, wide, and didn't think this would fit, but to my surprise it does. I was already thinking ahead of time how I could make it fit if it didn't stretch, as a lot of wearable products aren't big people friendly, but this is. It's weight is very light, and doesn't interfere with daily task at all. There are 3 different power levels, and of course with just about any fan on high, it can be a little loud, but at the trade off of being cool, NOT A PROBLEM! Besides, my job is loud anyways, so what difference does that make. I recommend giving this a try, don't think you'll regret it! Also as for the price point, for its convenience, and functions, long battery life, I think it's worth it. Just as an extra, the packaging looks really cool and not bulky. Comes with a carrying bag, but I carry and keep it in the box, as this bag offers no protection from to it from harm, but at least it comes with that. some products come with nothing, or you have to buy separate.

A Must Have For Florida Theme Parks and Hikes!
Iโve been pleasantly surprised by the Coolify and would confidently recommend it for anyone navigating hot, humid conditionsโespecially in places like Florida. Its performance, thoughtful design, and versatility make it a standout among personal cooling devices. The IVA convinced me to purchase two more products. First Impressions & Packaging The unboxing experience is premium and satisfying. Everythingโfrom the device itself to the accessoriesโfeels curated with care. The (I believe it was braided or I swapped it with another Torras Device) braided charging cable with a right-angle connector and pass-through is a particularly nice touch, useful even during car rides. Cooling Performance Coolify performs impressively well. I typically wear it under a shirt facing forward, especially during hikes, theme park visits, or long city walks. Even in peak humidity, it keeps me cool across an entire 8-hour day using a mix of high and low settings. A minor quirk: when worn under clothing, some fabric can get sucked into the fan, slightly affecting airflow. But this hasnโt significantly hindered its overall effectiveness. Cooling Gel Use The cooling gel insert is most effective after being frozen, but Iโm unclear about its continued benefit once it warms to ambient temperature. It seems to enhance initial cooling, but how much it contributes later on isnโt entirely clear. Portability & Accessories The included carrying bag is simple but thoughtfully organizedโitโs great for grab-and-go use with multiple Coolify devices. I do find the cords are a bit confusing at first, but I like that I can wear or carry the bag in multiple ways. While I slightly prefer the premium hard cases that come with other models, this bag earns points for its flexibility. That said, I tend to carry the unit in my crossbody bag for convenience. The Iva has a clip. The neck fan sits on your neck or easily through a belt loop or bag strap. But the waist fan doesnโt have a strong resting position for carrying but not using. Versatility One unexpected but welcome discovery: I can set the Coolify on a table during outdoor meals and use it as a personal fan. On the low setting, it offers a gentle ambient breezeโespecially effective when paired with a PVA cooling towel for quick skin evaporation. Final Thoughts Coolify combines functionality, comfort, and thoughtful design into one compact unit. Its ergonomic shape works well both on bare skin and over light clothing, and the battery easily supports a full dayโs use. There are small areas for improvement (like fabric-suction or clearer gel use instructions), but overall, itโs a well-executed and reliable tool for beating the heat.

Pricey, but good
Works pretty well, though I prefer their neck fans, which use a different technology. The neck fans use thermoelectric cooling, which uses a lot of battery, but cools the unit (like an air conditioner) and it keeps working until the battery dies. This uses a different technology called PCM (phase-change material). The gel portion is a PCM that melts when it gets hot, and it cools down when it melts. So once all of the PCM has melted then that part of the cooling will no longer work and you will be left with only the fan (it's just like ice really, which is also a PCM but melts at a lower temperature). The PCM does work pretty well. And you recharge it by cooling the gel down again. A little pricey, and a little bulky, but a cool product.

Another COOLiFY win
Much like my previous reviews for other COOLiFY fans, I've found this one to be an amazing improvement to my comfort as a mascot/fursuiter. I hadn't tried a waist fan before this one, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I must say I was certainly not disappointed! The unit itself is made of some pretty sturdy polymer (ABS, aka: Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene for any fellow chemistry enthusiasts) with 6 open slits each on the left and right side for blowing air. I have noticed that the product differs in the mechanisms in which it cools you off. Specifically, this fan does NOT actually cool the air, like some of the other products. I certainly didn't find that this caused any significant drawbacks though, as I found the high-output air flow to be more than sufficient to help circulate air inside my suits. It has three modes, like the product page mentions, but I often found the first power level to be sufficient in most cases. I must mention one drawback with these modes, and that is the fact that they can be relatively loud on the higher settings. For me, this wasn't an issue since others can't hear it when I'm in suit, but for those wearing it like normal people (boring) it might be best to keep it to the lower settings when using it around others (unless you're already somewhere loud, of course). The cooling material (PCM, phase-change material) that sits against your body when you wear the fan works differently than the cooling "plates" seen on other COOLiFY products; It works similarly to holding an ice cube, in that it has a phase change (ie: melting point) at ~80ยฐF, where it will slowly melt (don't worry, it's not gonna leak out), releasing some refreshing coolness to your skin/clothing. The fan comes with a comfortable elastic belt which can be adjusted to fit different body shapes. I've got a slight belly bump, so I had to make sure I fit it correctly to angle the air flow at my face rather than away from me. Only a couple cons I can think of here: The battery indicator is a series of three small LED lights, rather than a percentage display like some other COOLiFY fans have. This model is NOT compatible with the TORRAS app, which I was a bit bummed out about. Like I previously mentioned, it gets a bit loud at higher power levels. Despite these small drawbacks, my experience with it has been awesome, and I look forward to continuing to reap the benefits for however long it lasts, especially with summer coming up (+90ยฐF weather in fursuit, count me in!). I'm glad I had the opportunity to try out this unique fan, and I certainly will continue coming back to TORRAS if I ever need something like this again.

There are much better yet cheaper options
Do not buy this. Its overpriced garbage. Works ac broke and, i was looking for fans. I picked this up thinking it would be a good one. I thought it would be good because the price. Well at first, it was ok but, then I got another fan. It wad 20,000 mah fan the double as a battery pack for charging other devices. It clips on your belt and, it also as clip for your shirt. So you can get better airflow under your shirt. It costs $47.00, it works better and, has better deaters for much cheaper. So if your considering buying one of these fans, do do not waste your money on torras.

A Very comfortable wearable fan!
Good air coverage with minimum footprint and has three settings all done with one button which is nice. charges fairly quickly and last quite a while. As for the durability, it feels pretty light yet with a strong build quality I don't think it would break if you accidentally dropped it but I would not recommend doing that lol. The noise level is pretty minimal for the output that you get on each level even though it is a fan and does make some noise, it wasn't bothersome at all. it comes with a drawstring carrying bag too. one of my favorite features of this device is it has this phase shift "Crystal to liquid" removable plate where the device touches the skin. it removes heat from the body and feels cold for a while until it liquefies... it's very comfortable! I wish it came with another plate of it that you could swap out because it is a nice touch of added comfort! I personally like wearing this fan on the small of my back it's completely out of the way while still giving me plenty of relief! If you're looking for a portable fan that you can wear I would recommend the coolify zone!

Poor Value
Product design and build quality are decent and the ergonomics are fine. But the fatal flaw of this product is the obnoxious whine of the dual fans. Even at the lowest setting it requires a significant increase in voice level to communicate...the 2nd and 3rd level are intolerably noisy..to the point where you will draw unwanted attention to yourself and be cutting into the conversations of those around you. These waist fans are essentially just wearable PC fans and for even the discounted lightning deal price of $80, it offers poor value for what is essentially two cheap noisy PC fans mounted on a belt, let alone for the regular price of $100. The gel is gimmicky and I guess the best part about it is the battery life which is the only reason why I give it two stars. But this one's a hard pass for me as I feel as though it offers poor value for your money.

A unique waist fan that does the job when it's warm out.
TORRAS 2025 COOLiFY Zone 3, a fan that produces a decent amount of air, that simply just works better when UNDERNEATH your shirt rather than OUTSIDE. So the packaging was fantastic, organized and that was great. The quality of the TORRAS COOLiFY Zone 3 was as you would expect, of very high quality materials put together in fantastic fashion by the engineers who were behind the design of it. For those who live in say, California (like me), I believe you'll no doubt about it notice a big difference if you're out in direct sunlight. If you're in say Arizona during the Summertime, I doubt (honestly doubt) you'll notice a huge difference because the temperature in Arizona is significantly hotter than in California by a mile. I believe there truly is a cut off to where these devices max out as far as their reliability is concerned. I again noticed a good difference with the unit underneath my t-shirt while I was at work, but when it was outside of my shirt, I felt like I had to raise it up towards my chest to notice a huge difference, and the temperature was about 70 degrees (which is a walk in the park compared to people from Arizona for instance. I'm giving this a 5 star because it's a well made and well thought out cooling fan with a unique appearance that will catch eyes if you wear it outside of your shirt. The strap is fairly comfortable, so I was able to wear it over and underneath. You truly pay for what you get, so if you go big on price for a wearable fan when you're say outside watching a baseball Game in hotter climate weather, you can't go wrong with this. The battery life is fairly good on a lower setting, but the higher power you use, the quicker the battery loses it's charge. The speed is fairly high too on the max setting, which can benefit you if you simply need an hour of a cooldown done quickly. I think you're getting a high valued device, but of course you will pay a little higher in cost but in the end, it's a reputable brand name that many people recognize, and they're constantly creating new products, and improving on the ones they currently have out on the market. :)
