Felt more energetic while taking glutathione, and would say my skin had less breakouts even when having trigger foods. Taste is a sweet/citrusy flavor maybe with a very slight bitterness. Most days I just took it straight but can be mixed with water. An easy supplement to add to the routine for general health and without a hefty price tag.

Was not sure what to expect,all kinds of reported benefits. What I noticed after a few days was my nasal inflammation was significantly reduced and I was breathing through my nose with out an obstructed feeling. If this is the only benefit this product has I will take it! One of a few supplements I will buy again without hesitation.

The biggest problem is that it's so tasty. I could almost go through the whole bottle and a couple of days and I have to control myself not to do so. It's been about two months and I'm so sick with so many other things that I really cannot give an opinion ask you the health benefits. I can only assume that it's helping. I recommend.
