Just got it delivered. I will be updating my review in a week or two. Based on initial looks: Medium quality. Nice design, size seems correct. ( I got king size). Based on initial feel: Everybody is different but I would suggest reading reviews and considering feedback carefully. I was getting mixed messages on this mattress being too soft or the exact opposite; based on reviews I read. However, there was more people commenting how soft it is and being too soft. Now that I have it here in my home...well I havent slept on it for a night yet as I will allow the full expansion first, but I can say that just laying on it feels like you are sinking into the mattress. I suppose I am used to boxspring and coil mattress setups, but this is almost uncomfortably soft/squishy to lay on. I hope it gets better as time goes by and I hope to get used to it, like it even. It would be one huge hassle to try and return at this point.. I think with a boxspring or the right bed frame you could get some more comfortabilty out of it. Update:*********** Honestly I have been having great sleep. The mattress is not as uncomfortably soft as previously I was concerned with. Itis perfect for me. You do sink into it a bit, but it is more of a medium firm sinking feeling. You get an initial sinking feeling when you lay on it or lean against it from the edge, however it is hard to explain as it does not get firm necessarily but it does feel supportive. Soft support I suppose you could say. Either way, I love the mattress so far and I will update my review again in 6 months. LATEST UPDATE- FEB 2026 This is the mattress for me. Give it some time and you might just feel the same way. It is, in my opinion, a perfect combination of soft, squishy, sinking feeling, mixed with firm, supportive, wrap around the body comfort all in a low budget mattress. I never thought I would buy a mattress online but very thankful I did. This mattress is worth much more than they sell for in my opinion.

Amended review: 2.12.26…after giving much thought…decided four stars was too many, given the hell this company put me through… 1.26.26: after posting this review I received a message from seller last night. Luckily for me I was a little sleep deprived at the time, so I told “them” exactly what I thought about the way the situation was handled. I told them the only thing that would make this situation right is a new firm mattress and an apology. I was informed the next day the matter had been escalated and they have agreed to refund the remaining 50% of purchase price. The mattress was mine to keep. To be frank I am still left with a mattress that has issues, but at least I can purchase another firm mattress to replace this one. They apologized for the “confusion” (I think ) the refund was issued same day, Amazon informed me the refund had been sent to original form of payment within hours. I added two more stars and am deciding if I should change the review’s title. The aspect of this entire situation I find difficult to swallow is the fact that if they had this within their power, why in hell didn’t they do it. The mattress is okay at best…never fully inflated…is so soft that I almost pulled a muscle trying to climb out of it (yes, out of it)…I sink so far into the mattress it’s a chore to get in and out of bed…I have photograph to prove the mattress was not opened until a month before I contacted the seller) was not able to open the mattress within the 100 day trial period due to a roof leak that prevented me from completing my bedroom renovations planned…initially they said if the mattress is defective you may keep it…requested numerous specific details as proof, which I provided immediately…they said we’ll give you 30%, then 40% refund…I explained it wasn’t the money it was I was sold a mattress that did not perform as promised, provided proof of my claim…their response…I received a snide response (in my opinion) package your king size mattress in the original packaging a 2ft x 2 ft x 4 ft cardboard box and we will issue a return label…I am sixty six years old, capable of running my little farm…that said, I do not have the equipment to return a “12” inch mattress back into the original packaging… The fact they agreed to a full refund says to me that they knew the mattress was defective I contacted Amazon who said: “This falls under or A to Z guarantee…we do not conduct business this way.” The representative filed the claim which was promptly rejected by Amazon…I also purchase the extended warranty for $80 which they declined to cover too…stating they only pay after the manufacturer’s warranty period…at the beginning of my communication from the seller I was informed: “we do not offer a trial or warranty on this product, because you purchased from a third party seller…the manufacturer’s store on Amazon! Ain’t that a kick in the head…no one will honor the purchase…not Amazon, not the seller, and not the extended warranty I purchased… So I am stuck with a mushy mattress and a bitter pill to swallow… An expensive lesson learned Amazon’s policies are not protecting the customer…Mr. Bazos makes enough money you would think they’d do the right thing… Hold on maybe that’s why he has gotten wealthy off the business One thing is for sure I am left with no other option other than accept the degrading manner in which I was treated, the lack of concern for the satisfaction of me, the customer and the reality that I am not in the position to afford another mattress In the end the seller agreed to a 50% refund and sent a three inch mattress topper (plain foam with no cover… Attached please find the pictures the seller requested: each provides proof the mattress is uneven, never fully inflated, the one with a broom handle shows the dip in the middle of the mattress because it did not fully inflate, which proves the mattress is defective Included is a pic of the mattress still in the interior packaging in the area it was stored while repairing roof Had I been strong enough and had the equipment I would have made an attempt to repackage the mattress I’m sure they counted on me not being able to do so Rather sickening They knew the chances of me being able to return to the original packaging would be all but impossible The customer service reps. Comfiest bed I think I've ever slept on. I do tend to like a softer mattress, but I feel like this is a comfy medium. Didn't have a weird smell like some others mention. Be sure to plan accordingly and let the mattress fully expand before sleeping on it. I would buy again.

If you’re looking for a nice firm mattress, this is it! The ONLY reason I took off a star is because the first mattress we received wasn’t cut correctly and was shorter on one side (see pics). It was fairly easy to get a replacement, but that one also was cut incorrectly just not as bad so we ended up keeping it.

I have never ordered a mattress online and I was very skeptical about ordering it without seeing it in person. Read alot of the reviews and decided to give it a try. It arrived, it was opened, it expanded. OH my Goodness this mattress is awesome. Thank goodness I didnt order the 14" one, I would have never been able to get onto the bed, the 12" is still so tall I almost have to use a step stool to get onto it. Great mattress and the price was even better.
