There is a problem with the foam cannon I purchased, what should I do?

Please ask AUTOWN online customer team (US) through the product order page, or inform us via email. Our commissioner will handle it within 24hrs.

The first time I used my foam cannon, I didn't get a lot of foam out of it. Any suggestions?

You can try to re-mix foam cleaner and water according to ratio of 1:6.

The foam cannon does not work well after multiple uses, or there is no foam, what should I do?

We recommend to check and replace the orifice nozzle and foam filter.
