This has been my favorite knife for a long time, so much so that I have replaced it twice after loosing my first two in the woods at work. I love how it easily flips open, has a sharp tip for opening boxes etc. and is light weight.

I really like the color of this Kershaw knife—it feels unique and full of personality. It keeps the classic Leek design that Kershaw is known for, and both the steel quality and the opening/closing action are excellent. The only small issue was that it arrived a bit too tight, but after disassembling and adjusting it, the problem was solved. Overall, it’s a stylish and reliable knife that I’m very satisfied with.

I bought this knife 6+ years ago. It looks and functions the same as it did 6+ years ago. I bought a second one in black, a year later as a backup knife. I've never needed a backup. I have no negative issues with this knife.

Great knife. Great quality. I've had Kershaw blades in the past and was only disappointed in one when it got stolen. I still have another one and it is currently being taken care of by them.....lifetime sharpening and repair.

I spent a good deal of time looking at various knives but I knew I wanted a Kershaw due to them both being well known (vs some random marketing-driven name like "MASTER SHARP" "TACTICAL FORCE" etc.) as well as the fact that I've had a couple friends use Kershaw as their daily carry utility knife and they loved them. Those two things combined with positive review led me to feel confident that I was going to get a high quality knife made from high quality steel. While I am certainly no expert in knives or the types of steel they are made from, I can tell you that this knife arrived from the factory with a very sharp grind that, while it won't do a fully clean shave, will definitely take some hair off the inside of your arm if you prefer to test that way, it effortlessly slices a clean cut through your average piece of printer paper, and flies through much of the stuff I need a knife for as if it wasn't even there. The knife is a clean and simple design and you can tell by holding it that it is very well made. The opening/release mechanism works well and the safety lock is easily disengaged using the ring finger if you're right handed. The locking lever pops into the correct position every time. I will say that the safety lock does make me a little nervous because it feels like it could potentially, eventually loosen up to the point that it might disengage in the pocket. With the opening mechanism being fairly powerful, that idea makes me a little nervous. Thankfully it looks like it can be tightened with a star bit should it start to get loose. The finish on my teal model is gorgeous. My phone photos make it seem a bit more bright (admittedly my favorite shade of blue) but in reality it is a bit more muted. That isn't a bad thing. Overall I highly recommend this knife. I am optimistic that it will last me for years.
