Smells good. It has a cooling feeling (so it's great in the summer or in heat).

You have to apply it regularly to see results; I apply it before going to sleep.

I’ve been using castor oil in my belly button for a while, and have been reaping the benefits, so when I saw this I thought “hell yeah let me put some Ayurvedic goodness in there too!” I like this stuff a lot. I know I’m putting pure ingredients into my body while soothing the nerves in my body while I sleep. Your belly button used to be where you got all your nutrients, why not still benefit from that huge nerve center!! I always sleep better/more deeply when I use this, and tend to have more vivid dreams. I also notice my digestion being much more smooth/regular & a big improvement with bloating. Great product all around & would recommend navel oiling to anyone

Been using it for only 3 nights in a row and it works well :) I love it so far….. My bloating went down A LOT in the morning. It doesn’t make me want to go to the BR urgently or all the time. I feel cleared after going unlike before. It does calm me down and give me a goodnight sleep. I still feel tired after waking up so it’s best to clean the oil out when you wake up. I feel like i can’t live without this now lol

Be sure to check the ingredients. Some of us are allergic to lavender. I failed to check ahead of time. Check with the company and they don't have one without lavender.

I’ve only used this product for two weeks and not noticeable physical changes. I have notice I’m not getting up during the night so if that’s one of the benefits I will take it

Really makes a difference in digestion, doesn’t stain and is thick enough to stay in place for its intended function. Has low odor and an easy dropper.
