Charmingwater Touchless Bathroom Sink Faucet

I’m really happy with this faucet. The touchless sensor is easily the best part — it’s responsive, water kicks on the moment my hands are in range and shuts off right when I pull away. It feels clean and modern to use, and it’s cut down on the mess around the sink. Beyond the function, it just looks elegant. The chrome finish is polished and looks far more expensive than it is. It elevated the whole look of the bathroom. Packaging deserves a shout-out too — everything arrived well protected, with no dents or scratches on the finish. Installation was pretty straightforward; there’s a QR code that takes you right to the instructions, and I had it up and running without any plumbing headaches. If you’re on the fence about going touchless, this one’s an easy recommendation. Great look, great function, and a smooth setup.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with this touchless faucet! The sensor is responsive and makes washing hands so much more convenient. I also love that I don’t have to constantly touch the handle, which helps keep the faucet and sink area cleaner. It looks modern, feels well made, and has been working reliably so far. The touchless feature is one of those things you don’t realize how useful it is until you have it. Definitely a nice upgrade for the kitchen and I would recommend it!

I was looking for something more convenient to my parent and also wanted to upgrade his bathroom sink faucet to something more modern and easily for him. He had been struggling with his old manual faucet and the regulation of the temperature of the water, especially since he has showing signs of a sad condition, that doesn’t worth mentioning, which makes turning knobs difficult. That’s when I came across with this touchless bathroom sink faucet. I decided to surprise him by installing it myself, even though it was my first time doing something like this. The faucet came with clear instructions and videos to explain the installation process, and the hole cover plate made the installation process much smoother, as it hid any imperfections from the old setup. Once installed, the motion sensor feature was a game-changer for my parent. He no longer had to struggle with handles or knobs—just a wave of their hand, and the water flowed perfectly. The chrome finish added a sleek, modern touch to his bathroom, and the automatic shut-off feature helps conserve water, which he loved. Also, the faucet has a regulator knob to adjust the flow of the cold and hot water, so it was way too easy to calibrate the water temperature to his desire one, and any time he use it, he always had the same temperature. Not to mention that the faucet is incredible easy to clean, as the touchless design meant fewer fingerprints and water spots. In the end, this touchless faucet not only made my parent daily routine easier but also gave their bathroom a fresh, updated look. It was a rewarding experience to install it for him, and seeing how much he appreciate it has made it all worthwhile. This faucet is a perfect blend of functionality, style, and convenience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

Good quality product for commercial building rest rooms

I purchased 2 of these faucets for a small business to create touchless washing given increased importance of infection control for customers and staff. I was able to install one with no issues but the 2nd faucet leaked at the hose connections despite my best efforts (utilizing the rubber washers is critical). The customer service department was extremely responsive and directed me to request an exchange through Amazon. New faucet arrived quickly and I installed it without any issues. Both faucets have now been installed for approximately 30 days and are working great! Customers and staff love the convenience of not having to touch a handle to turn the faucet on or off. The easy to use temperature mixing value helped me dial in the the right water temperature and the sensor works great to recognize when the water should go on and off. The instructions are mostly visual and leave some head-scratching but I found the image on the Amazon page showing the connections helpful to plan ahead as I positioned the control box and hoses. Other notes - the base plate covered the three holes in the sinks I installed these just fine, consider your own drywall anchors to mount the control box - the anchors that came with it did not allow the screws to tighten down well in 1/2" thick drywall, and the water flow/pressure is very good - I actually needed to turn down the water at the wall to get just the right pressure and avoid water splashing out of the sink basin. All in all, definitely would buy this faucet again - it is great quality and performs as expected and for a much lower price than other faucets in local stores or online.

Find a better quality brand in my opinion. I think the solenoid inside the automatic box broke. I had it less than a year till it lost all water pressure. I have confirmed cold and hot water lines flow well. I also got a new hot/cold mixer valve before realizing both of them also allow flow of water at a reasonable rate. Finally, I replaced the batteries and it still stops flowing after a few seconds of a trickle. I concluded that it must be the solenoid/mechanism inside the box that is triggered by the sensor. I am no plumber or mechanical engineer (but a computer eng that I hope did not forget something obvious). When inspecting the box (see picture), I noticed there are some holes with deep recessed screws, but I did not have anything long enough to get to them to try opening it up to check. The water line to the faucet os also clear and the aerator is not clogged (still hardly a trickle). I am not sure if it is normal for these to get clogged with hard water(I did not notice any signs), but I am not sure if I want to bother to take this apart every 10 months. We bought and installed this product end of March 2022. It is now Jan 2023. My plan is to look at other brands and also to get a long skinny screw driver just in case for future projects.

From the time I’ve gotten and installed a touchless faucet in our kitchen, my wife has been bugging me to also install one in our master bathroom sink. I started looking at options and doing my research and this Charmingware Automatic Sensor Touchless Bathroom sink was one that I came across with a lot of positive reviews. I pulled the trigger and ordered from Amazon and I installed it this past weekend. The build quality of the parts is solid and makes me think this unit will last a long time. The faucet was easy to install – for me it falls under the “ Do it Yourself (DIY)” category. The instructions were easy enough to follow. I was up and running in no time. We started using it and I can already foresee some savings in water bills (and water resource). My wife tends to let the water run while brushing her teeth or washing her face but now the water shuts off when her hands are not in front of the sensor and that happens when she is in the process of scrubbing her face or brushing her teeth. Paired with an automatic soap dispenser, it’s now “touchless” for me when washing my hands - things are even more sanitary now around the master bath. The convenience this faucet brings to our lives and the benefits to the environment can’t be beat. I recommend it for those looking to make the switch to touchless bathroom faucets. I have used these faucets in the building I take care of and I'm pretty satisfied with it overall. After about 2 to 3 years however, a few of them (I bought around fifty of them, and so far 4 of them had to be replaced) developed problems with the motion sensor. Also, batteries seem to be draining too fast in some of them, for some reason. Overall, an excellent product for the price. ***(update)**** we are replacing them at a faster rate than before... seems to be related to the amount of time they are used, the ones that are not used often are still working fine after 4 years but the ones used often require battery changes almost every 1 to 2 months. After a while, even the battery change doesn't work and we end up replacing the faucet.
