It’s definitely not a weight loss pill. However does exactly what it says and kills visceral fat cells. So I took this for one month. I had a body scan done and my visceral fat index was a 17! That’s 2 points from severely high. Visceral fat kills your organs and causes all sorts of health problems. 1 month later I’m down to a 13 only one point from being at a high “normal” but a normal level still. I never had issues with the taste or any symptoms of discomfort. I would take it with my coffee and swallowing was no issue. All of these products throw my system out of whack. While I was on these my urine was highlighter yellow, I had constant BV/discharge/odor (Im sure so that you also buy their suppositories). Not good products.

I felt that this product might have helped with my bowel health a bit but really didn’t think it helped burn fat. I took for 6 months and didn’t really see any difference in my menopausal visceral fat or feel any difference in my energy, weight or overall health. To promote a better bowel environment, I switched to a probiotic instead. Maybe I didn’t give it enough time?

I do take their multivitamin and I like it so i trust their products which is probably why I ultimately gave this burn activate a shot. I have actually lost a total of five pounds in the four weeks that i've been taking it. I take one pill every morning and I exercise And I eat well, i am by no means on a diet. I was shocked, and it's all in my belly bc My jeans fit better! I actually feel a little bit better and a little more motivated Now that I can see some improvement. I've had stubborn belly fat, just hanging on while the rest of me is in pretty good shape. My scale hsd hit a plateau and I feel this vitamin has given my body the push it needed. I am now officially on subscription!

This seems to be working for me. I had been bloated for 4 weeks and no matter what I did nothing helped. I went on Amazon in desperation and saw these tablets. I’m familiar with the brand since I use their multivitamins. So I decided to give them a try. Within a week of using them bloating is gone and my stomach feels lighter. I’m so happy with this product. I’m hoping for a flatter stomach as i continue to use them. I recommend this product.

I want to start off saying that I go to the gym 5 days a week. I had been looking into fat burners to add to my routine but I have to be careful with supplements because I have hypothyroidism. I came across this while learning about postbiotics. After some research, it seemed like this product was one of my safer options with my thyroid condition so I figured I'd give it a shot. Three weeks into taking it, I started my menstrual cycle. Usually the first two or three days are extra bloated days, but this time I experienced little to no bloating. With adding Love Wellness to my routine and a little bit of dietary changes (cutting out pasta), I'm currently down 5lbs in the first month and just opened my 2nd bottle today. A month and 1 bottle later, zero change. I'm not looking for a magic pill; this was to help give my body a boost to help tone up and shed the belly a bit. For starters, I work out 4 days a week, 2 hours at a time. I eat a whole foods plant based diet. Do I turn down cookies? No, but I also limit stuff like that. After barely seeing any progress in my abs after months of working out, I decided to try this to see if it would help shed my middle. I'm just going into menopause, so I'm getting the dreaded belly bulge that refuses to go away. Unfortunately, this was zero help. Maybe if you're still in your prime and not in perimenopause, you'll have better luck. For me, I may as well have swallowed just an empty capsule because it literally did nothing for me.
