Will this fit corsa d 2011?

No. The Corsa D ramair filter is a bit smaller diameter. Can't remember the exact number though. Have fitted one before in a corsa D and remember it was smaller than this one

What's the internal diameters of the pipe

80mm. I have a 2005 1.6 BMW 116. I bought a small piece of silcon hose 70mm internal and 5mm wall thickness to reduce diameter and fits perfectly. Hope this helps.

I don't know. I don't sell the thing. You asked if was 90mm diameter fitment. And it is. Mine fit directly on to the e90 320i internal pipe of my air-box. I wouldn't recommend removing the air-box personally. But can be done.
