This is great. Rich chocolate flavor, maybe a little on the too sweet side. Next cup I’ll use a tad less of mix and replace with cocoa powder. I’m generally happy with anything sweetened with Allulose. Doesn’t raise blood glucose and has the same taste as sugar with no cooling sensation or odd after taste. As for it not dissolving, it does dissolve and like other mixes, including made from scratch, keep the spoon you mixed it with handy to give the occassional stir as you drink it. Seems as though if one has as much mix in bottom of cup as shown in the photo of another review, too much mix was used for amount of water or milk.

This is great for a low cal, zero sugar, organic drink. I mix all my drinks with a blender and suggest you do the same to ensure that it is mixed and dissolved. I used 1/2 cup of whole milk to 2 cups of hot water, a tablespoon of instant decaf coffee and 2 tablespoons of the cocoa mix. It made a great mocha. I appreciate having this option in my drink bar on the days I want something sweet, but without the sugar.

This is the second brand of low-carb cocoa that I have tried. This one is decent, although it is really difficult to dissolve the cocoa with a spoon alone. If you just use a spoon, it will end up all clumpy and most of it will end up settling at the bottom of your cup. You really need to use a battery-operated whisk in order to get everything incorporated into the liquid. It tastes OK - not as sweet as the other brand I used, but that's kind of the point of being on a low-carb diet.

Swiss Miss no sugar added has great flavor. This was watery tasting and did not completely dissolve. I had little balls of the mix at the bottom of my cup. Yes, I used HOT water from my Keurig.

We like this chocolate mix. My husband likes it by itself, I mix it with a chocolate flavored bone broth. We mix it with hot water. For those who are having an issue with it mixing and dissolving. I use a frother I bought here on Amazon and it works very well. It does not leave any sludge in the bottom of the cup.

Finally a good sugar free hot chocolate mix. Taste is far above anything else I have tried. No artificial sweetener and no after taste except for delicious chocolate. A little pricey but for ingredients used and taste I will buy again. It is good using hot water but really good adding cream or you could just add to heated milk.

This stuff tastes awful, and is not eligible for returns. Do not recommend.

I was looking for a replacement for the Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate, which I used to really like, but I tried the NOW Foods Slender Hot Cocoa and . . . it just doesn't taste good. The texture of the stuff that won't dissolve is papery, the flavor is papery, and it just . . . doesn't really taste like hot cocoa. It tastes like a paper memory of some type of chocolate. I tried adding stuff to it to make it better (dark chocolate, marshmallows), but it just makes me feel sad to drink it. It's not worth it. I can't recommend it. It at least tastes food-adjacent, which is why it gets more than 1 star.
