SUV Tents

Have set up in backyard, so into can say as far as that but this: The rain fly doesn’t fit. Tried multiple times. Oh well. I’m not expecting many uses out of this tent but I purchased it as a test to see if car camping was something I wanted to pursue.

Nice design, though very cheaply made,. I don’t expect it to hold up for too many uses; as I had repairs after first set up 🙁.

This sooo cooool! I can attach this to the back of my Xterra and have soooo much more room added to my tent! Makes accessing gear, luggage or anything else a breeze! keeps tent cleaned up and not cluttered! It sets up easy! It is sturdy! No leaks! Something different that makes sense!

I just used it for a rainy weekend camping trip. It was easy to set up if you follow the instructions. This tent is a one piece, no assembly required, it's one of those quick open tents, and it took me about 5 minutes or so to set up by myself. Due to the rain, we ended up sleeping in the back of the SUV and putting everything in the tent. As long as nothing touched the sides of the tent, our stuff didn't get wet. The height of the inside of the tent was also a big plus. Changing out of wet clothes was a quick and easy task. Since everything was wet when we camped, we waited until we got home to put them back in the suitcase. It took us a few tries to get it to fold up correctly, but eventually we did and now it's perfectly stowed.
