Picture show it needs 15v? my lights are 12v, do i need to change to 15v to use this photocell? will it damage my 12v lights?

The only part marked 15 is 15A, which is rated load, not voltage. The photocell is installed on the transformer and the rated voltage is 120 VAC.

Will this work with the kichler 200 watt outdoor landscape lighting

The end of this item has the male connector ends. I bought this thinking it had the female pins inside for a kickler transformer. It does not work with kickler photo cell adapter...

Can this photocell switch be wired in to the line side (120V) power cord before going to the transformer (have existing non-brand transformer)?

Yes, if you splice your own wire. The red wire is 120VAC and white is neutral. Black is hot if the circuit is closed (i.e. no light).

Not sure what you’re referring to but if you pull up a webpage that shows photo cells, you could probably go to specifications and look at the part in more detail, and the way that it works
