Love this tool!!
This is a must have for working in the yard! We have an overgrown yard at my parents' house, and I was dreading some of the bushes and trees I was going to have to tackle. This little guy was a lifesaver and ridiculously easy to use. My husband and I both love it. I might actually get him one to keep in his truck for clearing up the disc golf path so he can quit stealing mine. Battery life was great, and I was glad I purchased the set that included a second battery and case. Once I got started, I wanted to keep going until I could finish, and having the backup allowed me to work pretty much all day.

Amazing. Used to cut down and cut up 150 feet of 30 feet tall English Laurel hedge. Uses minimum oil and the chain is still sharp. Only drawback is have to regularly adjust chain tension. Good purchase, highly recommend, good value for money, good build quality, uses little oil,

Great product for light yard work and adventure seeking motorcyclists
I bought this for a birthday gift for my husband who enjoys adventure riding. I thought he would take it with him on the bike, but he actually has used it in the yard for small clean up. He really loved it and does plan to pack it on his next adventure ride. I would get the one with two battery packs. They are small batteries and will need to be recharged soon after use. Probably about an hour or so.

Stopped after couple of uses, no support from manufacturer
Worked for 1 or two times and just stopped working. Reached out to manufacturer's customer service, no response. The claims in description about quick responses to. queries is absolute false and wrong.
