I've bought this specific pack and others multiple times already, and I can give a clear opinion on them. Honestly most of the time these do increase your heart rate and give you some level of mental clarity, but it feels as if it depends on multiple circumstances outside just drinking it. Your mood, your hunger, your outdoor surroundings, your mental situation as well. Some days it feels like I can keep the energy going when I consume them, other days I just feel groggy I want to go to sleep. But I mean for 10 bucks you get 40 of them which is pound for pound a lot cheaper than just buying monsters in bulk. In fact these drinks have the same amount of energy as a monster. It just comes down to personal preferences. Genuinely when I initially had these I had this same energy output comparable to that if I drank A C4 energy drink. No I didn't say monster because for some reason I guess whatever they put into it instantly kicks you into overdrive. With these drink packets it's more like of a steady burn. Like a kerosene fire, which doesn't burn as hot, but it doesn't burn out quickly. The quality of the drink packets powder is already impressive for me. Most of these water flavor packets and energy packets by nature have some component in them that make gunk up and start bawling into the shaker mix so it's hard to break them apart. But these don't have that so they blend easily into a drink even if it's full of ice with no shaker apparatus. Easy disbursement for an easy time drinking. Overall these drink packets are some of the best bang for your buck caffeine consumption. Just don't take them constantly or your body will adapt to it, and it won't feel as beneficial as you did initially

I've purchased this item multiple times. I keep coming back to it because it's energy that is convenient (200mg caffeine), costs way less than a premade energy drink, and it doesn't taste half bad. I have not had any issues with clumping, the powder has always been a powder and mixes well in a blender bottle.

The 4C Energy Rush Stix are my absolute favorite. I've been purchasing these from Amazon for some time, as I can find them there at a lower price than at other retailers. I like that they are sugar-free and that they do not give me any jitters like other energy drinks. I do not drink coffee. These are perfect for travel, making them versatile and fantastic when I am on the go. They give me just enough of a boost - not too much, or too little- which is effective. I like all of the flavors, but the orange is my absolute favorite.

More energy drink companies are now making powdered "mix at home" versions of their products, and I've tried a few. In terms of price per serving, you probably won't find too many energy drinks that are less expensive than these. The flavor is...okay. I prefer a sweeter energy drink, and these have a very tart flavor profile and to my taste buds, the sweetener used defnitely leaves an aftertaste. The taste is not bad, and I found the orange and blue flavors to have the best taste. The green flavor is in my opinion not so good - it has more of a sour flavor that doesn't appeal to me. I'd say value 5/5, taste 3/5, and split the difference for a 4/5 rating.

You cannot beat 4C energy! The price is great and you get 40 packets! Other brands you get 10-12 for the same price! I also love the light carbonation! Perfect for mornings or afternoons when you need a caffeine kick!
