Are there melting instructions, many other products don’t have them

Most isomalt crystals don't have instructions on the label. Isomalt is sugar substitute and its use is versatile. You ca use it for hard candy as well as in cooking and baking. We guess the same reason sugar products don't put instructions on the label for caramel let say. If you are going to use the crystals for sugar art decorations you can melt it in a pot until it reaches about 335 degrees F. Adding distilled water is optional. Hope this helps.

how do you create color with isomalt?

Add a drop of food coloring in while stirring the isomalt over heat.

Can this be remelted if I melt to much for my needs for one project?

Yes, you may need to mix it and work with it a little more but it will remelt.
