Its good, kind of odd at first, but once you get the water content right, its serviceable. Add a bit of lite salt and its good to go. I keep some in the toolbox at work.

Honestly not bad. I got the Mexican chili and the flavor was pretty good. Definitely filling and easy to make.

This stuff is garbage. The rice doesn’t cook, way too many hard grains.

I'm usually not a huge fan of these 'instant' meals because they're typically pretty bad. I have to say, this is decent. The taste is a nice spicy kick, just the way I like it. The flavor in general is quite good. The only issue I have is the texture. It's a bit inconsistent. Some pieces are mushy and soft, some are harder. But this is because it's microwaved with boiling water, and likely due to it being made with pea protein. I've had pea protein instant noodles, and it took a significantly longer amount of time than normal instant noodles. If you also have this issue, I'd either add more water and/or leave it soaking for a bit longer than instructed. I think this is a decent value if you enjoy the taste and absolutely have zero time for meals. This is essentially a healthier instant noodle meal.

Fantastic product. Whether needing something easy at home or for extended hiking, this is the best choice. Can easily add additional spices when making at home to perfect flavor. While hiking the AT, we did find it difficult to finish a full meal at times, it's very filling! Don't try and do a double serving for 800 cals at once, lol

They are still sending out the old recipe of Mexican chili even though it's showing the new one on here. The old one is terrible and the new one is 1000x better. Going to just order from the Huel website instead.
