Great addition to my home remedies kitchen
Just received and it arrived earlier than expected. I couldn't wait to browse and it is choc full of mainly easy to make potions. Each recipe is laid out clearly with pictures, a clear set of ingredients and instructions on how to make and dosage needed. There is an index in the front that is divided by category of ailment such as 'Respiratory System' and under each category is the various remedies. They are displayed as though you are looking at bottles on a shelf which in itself is fine but one little gripe is that it would have been nice to have all the cough syrups together etc. but not really that much of an issue. Then you get tips and info on 'how to' do various procedures and what you need such as equipment to help you prepare. Then you are into the recipes grouped by the index categories. there is a little more useful info in the back. Very happy with this book and mine is marked as the European edition which gives grams etc in recipes so very nice and eager to start making.

Love this book. Total back to basics
Absolutely love this book it is a total back to basics using lots of organic and natural ingredients that work well together. I think the only thing I would say is some recipes do take a little planning and forward thinking some recipes will take 4-6 weeks to steep and other ingredients will need to be ordered in there not very readily available from the supermarket so I have to order to get them, but so far I’ve enjoyed making lots of of the recipes including antiseptic balms, cough syrups, teas etc.

Great book
This is a very useful book and a very good read. I do recommend it just be aware that you will find it hard sourcing some of the ingredients as they are not every day supermarket stuff.
