Do. Not. Buy. Absolutely horrendous garbage from a certain Asian country. If you wish to purchase this at this price and have the compressor work only twice, yes twice, then go ahead. Unreliable. Manual is all in broken English. And yes, it will NOT work after a couple weeks. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is trash. Compressor is garbage, and it will leak all over your counter top. No follow up from customer service. And yes, it is total junk. Amazon should not even be selling this.

Pro - makes smooth snow, quiet, easy labeled buttons to use Con - takes too long, spent about 15 min to make one rice bowl sized snow from water. Small reservoir. I also tried to make snow with syrup water and it depletes the entire reservoir to make a small rice bowl sized and half of it melted in the bowl since it took too long. People with larger hands would have trouble getting to small tight areas to dry the machine after pouring water to clean. Difficult to adjust tightness of the reservoir tip - if slightly loose it leaks and the top covering the metal ball will loosen up and liquid just poured out midway, if too tight the liquid doesn’t come out enough for compressor to pickup and use. Multiple attempts were made to get the liquid dispenser to work, and somehow liquid was leaking from the right side of the machine, making it a mess on the counter (the reservoir top was still secured, not sure what caused the leak)

From the product video we had high hopes for this to be a fun machine, however, this takes a long time to get one modest size serving. Not at all as depicted in product video. No understandable written directions. So you have to guess when the drum is cold enough. Also the machine leaks liquid out of bottom which we could not locate exactly where. there is a button for cleaning but it seems to do nothing and the directions do not mention how to clean using the button. All in all very disappointed two thumbs down☹️👎🏻👎🏻

Great machine but the roller is small so it is slow to make shaved ice. It does get cold after about 3-5 minutes. Also, when I used a thick liquid, it had a tough time autofilling so I have filled it manually since.

This ice cream machine is really neat. I have tried strawberry milk and pineapple juice to make ice cream. I fill the little reservoir and it in turn slowly runs out onto the little metal wheel inside that is frozen and it freezes the liquid. Its not loud while running. It gives off little sheets of ice cream. It makes a significant amount of ice cream with each fill. There are different settings, to slow the wheel or make it quicker, which impacts the consistency of the ice cream. It has a little drip plate to aid in reducing messes. Its easy to clean with water, there is a cleaning setting. Its really compact and lightweight compared to a traditional ice cream maker. Its easy to use and the ice cream is delicious.

It’s very slow, much slower than I expected it to be. If I tried to change the speed, it wouldn’t work. It takes around 20-30 minutes to make a solo cup full of ice. Also, it won’t work unless the clean button is lit up. I can’t get any other button to light up.

Sadly received today and was excited to use it. Unfortunately, terrible🙄equipment leak every time I added any type of liquid. Defective. Speed buttons did work property. Tried with bucket and follow the “instructions” which are not very good. Returning. Item is not good.
