As someone living with endometriosis, I deal with debilitating pain both during and outside of my cycle. I’ve been prescribed almost everything under the sun, and while those help, this over-the-counter option surprisingly performs on the same level. It doesn't eliminate 100% of the pain, but for an OTC product to rival my prescriptions is impressive. The tablets are small and travel-friendly, and I love that it’s FSA/HSA eligible. My only heads-up: the cap can unscrew itself in your bag, so keep an eye on it! Truly worth it for the relief.

These are magic. The pills are pretty large themselves but i also didn't realize 1 pill is 500 mg. I feel it definitely helps cramps/ ovulation pain and also helps with water retention via its active ingredients. It's a great price especially compared to the brand competitor companies

This works for me as well as the more expensive name brand. The added caffeine seems to kick start its effectiveness and gives me relief when plain Tylenol doesn’t. And it’s a great price and value.

i have cysts in my uterus so most pain relievers don’t help during my pms time this does help get the edge off

I am male, so I got these for my partner. She told me they worked well, the only minor problem she had was they are a little too large. She doesn't take pills well-it is hard for her to swallow pills. They do relieve menstrual pain and that is what matters the most. We would recommend to anyone that has menstrual pain.

Great substitute for pricier Midol!

I have adenomyosis and endometriosis and these work just as well as any name brand. I do wish it was pamabrom instead of caffeine, but it still helps during flares!
