Perfect for realtor to give to their sellers to bury at the yard sign. Google search the St: Joseph prayer online that is referring to selling a home. Say the prayer over him, wrap in the sacred cloth, dig a hole in front of the for sale sign, then bury him head down - his face should be towards the house. Can tie a string on to leave outside the hole to find him after the house sells - to place him in a prominent place of honor in your next home. You have two choices of how to pray the prayer: 1) Pray the prayer once an hour for nine hours. or 2) pray the prayer every day at the same time, for nine days. My clients typically do both. I usually pray the ritual every day over all of my listings.

I loved it, it was the perfect size , had the prayer and even the cloth to wrap St Joseph in.. Unfortunately in between all our packing and moving things to storage it somehow got lost.. I was devastated as I looked for this particular one for months.. I'm going to have to purchase another one.. *sigh* oh well.. what can ya do.. I'll have to bite the bullet & buy another one one.. but trust me if your looking for one, this one was it! Just perfect.. I firmly believe my house would've be sold by now had I buried the St. Joseph as soon as I received it.. My own fault..

I did as instructed and buried St. Joe in the yard of the house I was selling. I had an offer within 10 days. Could be coincidental. In the moving, it said to dig him up and place at new house. The day I was going to do this, I went out to the spot, and he was already dug up. Probably a squirrel, but none-the-less interesting. 🤔

I heard once that burying this guy in your yard helps sell your house. After having a house on the market for more than a year, I took a chance since it was cheap. Within 3 Mo. my house sold. Gave this to a friend, her house sold the following month. As a side note, the story of my house was from 2016, so there wasn’t a housing market boom happening at the time.

This was a lot of fun, and it gave us hope that our house would sell quickly, but it hasn't happened. We did get a bit more interest in it after we buried the statue, but we are still waiting for him to help us. Maybe you will have better luck. But, I still gave this a 5 star because they met the delivery and product criteria.

To make a long story short, this product worked for me. Our house is now sold. Thanks to God and St. Joseph.

I read the reviews and was sceptical after having my house on the market for 3 months I was ready to try . I was a bit pessimistic about this, but after reading the reviews I thought it was worth a try. We have been trying to sell our house for 2 months without success.
