بعد مدة من الاستخدام ما لاحظت تغيير كبير بسرعة ولكن في تحسن متدرج من ناحية التركيز و النشاط و تحسن ملحوظ في الذاكرة صارت اقوى 👍 ، انا اخذ خمس نقاط كل يومين لانه يسهر مفعوله اقوى من القهوة ، ما امزح، اضل واعية يومين ما اقدر انام اذا خذت جرعة اكثر من خمس نقاط كل يوم ، خففت الجرعة الى خمس نقاط كل يومين عشان اقدر انام 😅 والشيء الثاني اللي لاحظته ان صحتي صارت ممتازة اللي حولي يمرضون بامراض موسمية بسيطة مثل الزكام والكحة بس انا لا ما مرضت باي مرض موسمي طول فترة استخدامي له مادري اذا له علاقة في تقوية المناعة بس عجبني وراح استمر عليه 👍✨

Recieved my order and one of the two bottles had a hairline crack in it and was leaking. From what I can tell this is Amazon's fault, not really the seller's so I cant fault them. All i can say is packaging could be better for overall product durability.... along with amazon drivers not feeling the need to toss small packages onto the ground -_- ... Be warned there is no refund/exchange/return policy on this product through amazon. With that out of the way, onto the good! I highly recommend this brand. Ive been using methylene blue for about a year now and have flip flopped around a few brands trying to find the best bang for the buck while making sure its actually 3rd party tested. This stuff so far takes the cake. Everything I expect out of a S tier methylene blue product without the highway robbery on pricing. These (2x) 100ml bottles are the equivalent of almost 14 bottles of meraki blue while being equally as pure and potent when comparing apples to apples. If youre reading this thinking about buying MB for the first time, I highly recommend also purchasing some of the nutricost brand vitamin C and NAC. Vitamin C turns methylene blue into leukomethylene blue (LMB). Which more has been shown to be more efficiently at the cellular level and crossing the blood-brain barrier. The NAC has helps your body produce glutathione which aids in detoxification aling with curbing the mild oxidative stress caused by MBs improved mitochondrial electron transport For beginners, start very very small, even if you feel no effects. Start with 1mg and slowly over several days go to 2 and 3mg until reaching the desired effect. You need to kind of temper your body to it for best result without side effects. In 6-8 Oz of water add 1-3 mg (~2-6 drops respectively of 1% solution) with a half scoop/serving of both vitamin C and NAC stir till dissolved and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Slowly and steadily increase dosage until you begin to notice the increased energy without exceeding 20mgs per day (i still dont exceed 10mgs a day). You now have the best all around known methylene blue experience to date. (All three products are less than $75 total and will last you well over a year).

Non vorrei dire molto ma, vi invito a fare le vostre ricerche. Se volete più efficacia consiglio di combinare il prodotto di metilene con il DMSO; combinazione micidiale per stare bene... Ci sono tante cose che possiamo fare per il nostro corpo, una è quella di integrare anche la silice che può disintossicare l'alluminio, quindi avere più attività cognitive ma anche per aiutare la produzione di collagene.
