STRONG FLAVOR VINEGAR LIKE.
NOTHING TO DISLIKE FOR ME. IT IS ORGANIC MAYONNAISE, MAKES POTATOE SALAD TAST BETTER AND PRESSURE COOKED PINTO BEANS BLENDED IN A MAGIC BLENDER. IF YOU WANT A VINEGAR TAST ADDED TO A FOOD THIS IS ORGANIC MAYONNAISE IS THE THING.

I like it. but issues with reordering
I have been enjoying this brand and this mayo. I have bought both the squeeze and the regular jar. I have the squeeze in the door for when I just want to put some on a sandwich etc and the jaw for when making a dish or salad sandwich. I purchased 2 of each type and when my order arrived, my squeeze bottles were both separated. This means that either it froze or it boiled somewhere from the factory to my door. It is not from the delivery as you can see the other container is fine. Only the small tubes are separated. One is cloudy because I tried to shake it back together to see if the emulsion was still able to stabilize but as you can see it would not combine again and the emulsion is completely gone. Sadly, I don't know if I can make another reorder after this. but the product is fine. I just do not trust Amazon to delivery food to me anymore. So far anything that can break has been broken. From a bag of expensive cookies that were just crumbs when I opened it to several others.

Organic - not modified
I bought this mayonnaise because it wasn't GMO. I like to know what is or isn't in my food. It does taste different than the last brand but at least I can continue to eat clean.

Good mayo with poor packaging
I'd like to give it 4 stars as it's a decent mayo with not much bitterness. It falls short on packaging. It's a squeeze bottle which works well until about 2/3 of the way down, then the struggle begins. The neck on the bottle is narrow, enough for a butterknife but not much else. The sides of the bottle crack from squeezing, letting in air. I always wind up with one or more ounces of mayo left in the bottle. This might seem nitpicky but considering cost and frustration, sorry, C+ 365.
