Perfect for 6 year old boy!!
Bought for 6 year old nephew and he absolutely loved it. Once he learned how the instructions worked and made one, he was able to build all the other machines by himself! The only downside to this is having to remove the motor to make new things which meant taking apart some of the stuff already built but otherwise it was a hit! A great gift and provided lots of entertainment.

Was this used??
The box arrived with one the top lid opened and torn in one corner. Some of the parts were wrapped in plastic and some were just loose, not packaged, I have no idea if some parts are missing cause I didn't take the time to count all 150 of them. It is a gift. So I taped the box lid closed and hope for the best.

Very nice builders kit
My daughter was very happy with this kit. She made several of the plans with very cool results, the bubble machine is awesome. It was easy to go from one build to another and we keep all the parts in the box so we can change the builds after we've used them for a while. Its a really nice kit, good quality components and very enjoyable for kids and adults alike.
