Very nice and convenient one
The images below show the difference between the old and new ones. Old one purchased in 2018 showed good working condition till now and the power cable started sparking as well as speaker short out. New one more reliable and convenient. Good packing and no damages at all. Cable is very long. Tanpura worked successful after test run.

Found defective item not getting on
I ordered this item and got today 09/07/26. Product was defective. Not getting on. I asked to replace, as there was no option of refund. They given date on 14/07/26 to replace and receive previous defective item. Let's see what happen. Will give review again after got the replacement item next week.

It's not getting charged. No sound. It's not getting ON.
It was working well. Suddenly it stopped working. I kept it for charging. The indicator is not glowing. I purchased it in July 2025. If it's under warranty, please replace with new one
