Easy replacement of the OEM bulb, for me at least m
I installed these bulbs into non-OEM taillights. They replaced the original incandescent bulbs in my 2018 Toyota Tundra. They plug into the original sockets. When you shift into reverse, they flash three times and then stay bright. I guess the idea is to warn people you are about to back up. The bulbs seem to flash in sync. They seem very bright and white. There are LED patches all over the bulbs and a focusing lens that creates a beam effect to the rear. So you get a short range glow and kind of a beam. So far, they cause no malfunctions in the cruise control and such. (I just installed replacement tail lights that broke the on board computer and needed add on resistors to function properly). But, well, the first time I tried to remove the OEM tail lights, I broke them because I could not get one of the locator pins off and the tail light could not be reinstalled. This didn't matter to me since I was replacing the entire tail light assembly. But if you are just replacing a bulb, it might matter to you. So be careful with the assemblies.

Bright, Easy Install—But The Brake Light Blink Is Weird
Installed these on my daughter’s 2023 Ford EcoSport. They’re super bright and install was quick. Only downside? They flash every time you brake, almost like a light show. It’s a bit embarrassing, but they got the job done when I couldn’t find OEM bulbs.

Works great on a 2012 Honda Odyssey
I bought these for my wife's 2012 Honda Odyssey, which had a burnt out halogen rear brake light. I also bought replacements for the high mount stop light and the red running lights. These work great! They are MUCH brighter than the stock halogen lamps, and the strobe effect draws attention. Hopefully it will keep the tailgaters at bay. The bulbs worked plug-and-play, and didn't throw any codes / canbus errors or require additional resistors. Since I just installed them, I don't know about durability. However, initial build quality and functionality is very good. The only potential negative is that the running light (low power mode) is brighter than stock, so there seems to be less of a noticable difference from the brightness of the brake (full brightness). However, the strobe effect overcomes that. So does the brighter LED high mount brake light I added. I like these so much that I'm purchasing ALLA's amber rear turn signal lamps and white backup lights right now. I will probably upgrade both the headlights and front signals, running lights, and parking lights. I only wish they offered a one-click upgrade pack for the Odyssey to avoid the hassle of tracking down the individual sizes. Definitely a satisfied customer. Also, FYI, I bought these for full price on Amazon. Just a happy customer.

Re-committing to Tungsten OEM Bulbs
When purchasing these 14 months ago I loved the pulsing that these LEDs made when braking at the time. The brightness is superior and fitment was perfect (and no hyper flashing with this installation on a 2011 Toyota Highlander). But what I’ve come to expect is that it’s expected that these LED bulbs die over around a year’s time or more and I’ve seen this pattern regarding different LED manufacturers for YEARS. Problems with past vehicles like the 2010 Prius + 2005 Expedition as well. You add the resistors and they overheat to the point of melting electrical components. You install LED bulbs and they fail over a very short period of time vs using the incandescent OEM bulbs. All of this makes it wiser as a common sense move to return to tungsten lamps for the vehicles that have been built with them installed. By the time that I realized that over a third of the diode chips had BURNT OUT, you don’t know that you’ve already made the case for keeping tungsten bulbs because they’re equally as bright again. But now I’m paying for another replacement vs having had OEM bulbs still functioning properly. I’m convinced that these LED bulbs are a waste of money time and effort - and that they’re a driving hazard.

Really easy to do if you know how to access your lights.
Item installed Nov 2019. Vehicle 2015 Nissan Altima. They're super red! My oem lights were barely red imo. These are a much deeper red, brighter, and it was really affordable. I've had them for a a couple months now. I will update if my opinion changes. Update April 2022. Lights on Nissan Altima continue to function. They are perfect no issues at all whatsoever. I bought another set for a 2014 Versa Note. Since I had a good experience I decided to buy from Alla Lighting again. Second set was malfunctioning. In the video posted you will notice one light flashes 2x as much as the other. I spoke with customer service and discussed the issue. they mailed out a replacement same day. I know this because I got my replacement next day (their location is very local to me so I wouldn't expect the same unless your also located in SoCal). That being said. I installed the replacement bulb and both work perfect now. Hopefully this set along with the other set both continue to last without any issues. Will update again if anything changes.
