I purchased this boot because we are very clumsy in my house hold. Pop it in the freezer and it’s ready for use. It is perfect as it is adjustable will long straps. The Velcro keeps everything in place so you don’t need to hold it in place. It is soft and has a velvety fabric lining the inside for comfort and added support. My son hurt his ankle and was perfect for reducing the swelling. It is very easy to use. I recommend this product.
