Lifesaving product for my husband after a broken leg/ankle! This lightweight foam support is perfect for anyone needing to elevate their leg. So I was prepping for some necessary surgery on my right foot. I’ve got five hammer toes that needed to be repaired. This would require a 3 hour surgery AND a 5”+ pin inserted from the tip of each toe all the way into the metatarsal bones. Google it...it’ll make you cringe! Anyway.....I was going to need something to put my foot on while it healed. So the package shows up at my office and I can see from the size of the box that they have packaged this product similar to how they package those mattresses we buy online. Stuff it into a plastic bag and then suck all the air out of it. It was a very small package and I thought “Oh my gosh!! I’ve ordered a mini leg rest!” I was incorrect. I opened everything up, took the unit out of the plastic and let it sit on my bed while we went out to dinner. I thought “no way is this thing going to increase in size to represent what I just purchased.” We got back from dinner and I’ve got to tell you... I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! It expanded to full size with no issues. It’s very sturdy, firm AND comfortable. I’m 6’2” and even my feet do not hang off the end. The cover on this item has a zipper so that you can remove it and wash it!! My wife keeps a towel on mine in case of any seepage from bandages so the cover is in new shape. I know for a fact she’ll wash it when I’m finished. I bought this BEFORE surgery so I would be prepared. I took this with me to surgery so I had something to use on the way home from the hospital. I’ve kept it with me every day since then and I’m just finishing week three. I’ll be home for another three weeks as well. This product is as specified. It’s not an exciting product, but it works and it works really, really well. You will not be disappointed.

Got this for my recovery after ACL repair. Left it to fluff up for several days after taking it out of package before using. Very very soft! I actually found it to puff up too much (I have short legs) and had my legs at too much of an incline. Easy fix to simply trim off some of the foam across bottom. The handles are especially helpful since I can’t lean forward much and it makes it much easier to readjust and pull the pillow closer under my knee.

Edit : I just purchased a second one …i lent mine to a friend having surgery and then sprained my ankle really badly and I could not live with out this thing ! Two days of trying to elevate on regular bed pillows and I said forget that and placed my order . Just as good as the first one …one small change was the addition of two more handles which I love because it makes adjusting placement easier ! I recommend this pillow to literally everyone I talk to that has a lower leg injury or surgery….best amazon purchase ever ! I have had this pillow for about three years now and it was worth every penny! I got it for my teenage son after he had foot surgery...since then it has been passed around to injured/recovering friends and supported us through every sprained/sore/swollen ankle and foot in the household! ( with a house full of athletes and clumsey people it gets A LOT of use. It is super comfortable with the incline that supports you behind your thigh and knee, the carved out space for your leg to rest and that it holds its shape and doesn't collapse the way a pile of regular ol pillows would (even under the weight of heavy walking boots) keeping you consistently at a good elevation. Three years and all that use later and the fabric is still in great shape and the pillow is still perfectly holding its shape ...still looks and feels brand new. I am not sure if three years later they are still packaging it the same way but if so do not be discouraged....mine came all rolled up tight and at first looked all uneven and misshaped ....gave it about 30 minutes of just sitting out to puff up and it was perfect. I recommend this pillow to everyone....probably my most shared amazon purchase ever !

I'm SO HAPPY I ordered this ahead of my foot surgery!!! What a life saver. It's a good height (I even added another memory foam pillow for a little more height the first few days after my surgery). It's lightweight, very soft and the leg channel is perfect (is wide enough for a larger leg if you need it). It comes shrink wrapped so it's not delivered in a huge box but opens up immediately and in perfect shape. Well worth the money (I paid $45). The handle on the side is nice but I docked one "maneuverability star" because it would be very helpful if there was a handle at the sloped end so that the patient can pull it closer to them during the night. It slips (just a little bit) away from your body while sleeping. (depending on softness of sheets, probably) It is soft enough to grab from the bottom of the sloped end and pull toward you during the night but a handle would be very helpful there. It's not like it moves around so much that it's not worth getting! Just a few inches away from you that's all. Otherwise, AWESOME purchase, WELL worth it, and I'm so happy I have it. It makes painful nights bearable! It also works well on a coffee table while sitting on the couch during recovery. LOVE IT!

Lifesaver! This is a quality product. It magically shapes from a small roll to the size and dimensions they state. It is very comfortable and keeps your leg in place. I had ankle surgery and need to keep my leg elevated above my heart. It works really well on a recliner too! Due to this item I have little to no swelling. I am on day five of using this item. It's cover is really soft and the memory foam is not smelly and is shaped well. It is very comfortable while being sturdy. I love that it has rails otherwise my leg would have probably fallen of. My husband bought another one for me so I could have one upstairs and downstairs. It is easy to carry but I need to be careful because I am not allowed to bear weight on my leg for eight weeks. A must have for leg elevation needs!

This has been amazing for recovery! I had surgery on my ankle and using this pillow has been one of the only ways I could get comfortable. I laughed at the "pet bed" use but as you can see my kitty loves her new bed 🤣. It's easy to clean since the the cover comes off. The handles make it easy to adjust under your leg and the height is perfect for elevating wether you're sitting or laying. The light weight makes it easy to carry up and down stairs, even with 1 leg, while it is still solid enough for perfect support. The concave surface is great for stabilizing your leg and helps balance an icepack. I've been using it for 2 months and it has kept its shape with no wear and tear showing. Definitely worth the price! Highly reccomend for any leg injury/surgery. Although I am mostly healed I will be keeping it for future use!
