I picked up this KastKing fillet knife for weekend fishing trips, and it’s been awesome so far. The blade is super sharp and flexible, which makes filleting really easy. It’s a good size—big enough to handle decent-sized fish, but not bulky. The build quality is solid. It feels well-made and not cheap at all. The handle has a nice grip, and the knife has a good weight to it—light enough to handle easily, but heavy enough to feel sturdy. The lock mechanism on the sheath is a nice touch. It clicks in securely so I don’t have to worry about it coming loose in my gear bag. Definitely a thoughtful design. For the price, this knife is a great value. It feels like something that should cost more. I actually ended up buying another one as a gift for a buddy who fishes, and he was really happy with it too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality fillet knife without spending a ton.

Exactly as advertised. Lightweight, sharp as heck, and has a good hand feel! Processed this seasons deer with ease. The cover stores it away safely. The blade is versatile for fine cuts for large cuts. Easy to clean too!

This is hands down the best fillet knife I have ever had. I use this for deer processing, and it makes the work go so fast and enjoyable. The handle is comfortable, and the blade stays razor sharp. I have many other knives at my disposal, but this is the one I reach for the most. The quality of the knife and steel is every bit as good as anything you can buy, no matter the price. Also, their customer service is as good as it gets. 100% recommend!

Great fillet knife at this price point. Very sharp and holds an edge pretty well. Not the most flexible knife out there but works well enough for the weekend angler. I used it to fillet walleye and it worked perfectly. I told a couple friends to grab one as well. If you're going to fillet bucket loads of fish on a regular basis, you would probably want to spend more and get a super flexible knife to work with smaller and more delicate fish. To fillet a few fish on the weekend, I don't see how this knife at this price can be beat. Pros: Extremely comfortable handle Very sharp and holds an edge The sheath that comes with it is fantastic. For the price you just can't go wrong Cons: Not as flexible as some of the more expensive options but again, unless you're filleting fish by the bucket of all types and sizes, this is not a problem and it will serve you well. Bottom line, I highly recommend this to anyone that needs to fillet their weekend catches! It will serve you well!
